I would want Shadow's ablities. When you come to think about it he has the same abilities as Sonic super speed, awesome foot work and more. Plus he can use Chaos Controll easily. Plus he's super strong.

Sonic, because I like to run (even when I was a little kid) and can use chaos control. But then again, for shadow would be awesome, he has speed, chaos control, and chaos spear.
