I think I saw a dark Sonic on YouTube, not sure when or where.

Sonic's trademark color is blue and I guess they didn't want to change that just like Pikachu is always yellow, he just wears hats. Still I think at least Shadow would've made a nice alternate costume especially if we had Dark Link. Some other alternate costumes for Sonic could've been:

Rider Sonic with the goggles and different shoes.

Silver though in Brawl it would just be Sonic colored white.

Shadow who we all want and still have a chance of being an alternate color or maybe even an AT.

Metal Sonic though he's unlikely as he hasn't even appeared in a Sonic game since "Heroes."

And my personal favorite, Darkspine Sonic from Secret Rings.

As you all know now, videos are flowing from Japan now revealing all the new characters and stages and such and here's Sonic's stage in action (once again sorry about the poor video quality). If you can hear over that Japanese guy mumbling you'll hear the theme to Sonic CD, Sonic Boom.

Found a new Sonic gameplay video. It shows Sonic vs. Sonic vs. Sonic vs. Sonic.

And it turns out that there aren't just alternate glove rim colours; there're also alternate fur colours, including a Shadow-like one!

I like it, I will probably use Dark Sonic in brawl mode most of the time (I WILL get good with him, after I get a Wii and the game and unlock him).

I vow to get extremly good with Sonic in Brawl, no matter how long it takes.

You know, since no one mentioned this, I think I'll do it. Tails, Knuckles and Silver all have cameos in the back ground. If you look closely, they'll just run through the giant loop in the background.Da_Yoshi_Man89
