Your Favourite Moment in The Story in Sonic's Games

My favorite parts were:

- The Sonic VS Knuckles scene in Sonic & Knuckles in the Hidden Palace Zone.
- When Gerald Robotnik's diary reveals his "master plan" using the Biolizard in Sonic Adventure 2.
- When has defeated Chaos 6 and finds his way into the depths of Eggman's layer and has to battle his Egg Viper in Sonic Adventure.
- When Sonic and Blaze make it to the Earth's Core and must fight Eggman and Eggman Nega's Wizard Robot in Sonic Rush Adventure.

Yes, surprisingly, more of my favorite story moments happen in the newer games. It's how some of them control that bugs me. :P

My favorite moment in the Sonic games was when I first turned Super Sonic for the first time.

Sonic 2 ending. If 'Tails' had not been there on his Tornado, Sonic would be Toast. Yes. Toast.

My favorite moment is when Sonic was brought back by Tails in Sonic 2. 

I always thought that Tails couldn't have a super form because of his age and he required the extra power with the super emeralds.

S3&K had Hyper Tails. After collecting both the regular and super emeralds, you gained the ability to transform. Not only were you flashing (colors, not dark the alleyway kind of flashing), some very irate birds (I refuse to call them flickies like I refuse to call Robotnik Eggman) would come and kill everything for you. Since you had to collect all of both sets of emeralds (requirements to get Hyper forms of Knux and Sonic), tis a hyper form.demoman_chaos

Super Tails

Watch it from 7:10-7:30...

It clearly says Super Tails.  Check it and check any official Sonic the Hedgehgog site...

You could even play S3&K again with tails to check it.  

The game is a very reliable source.

I personally played through that game countless times with Tails. It has said Super Tails every single time. 

If you're still not clear then go ask Sega about whether it is Hyper Tails or Super Tails. 

Tails does not get a super form until he gains the super emeralds. 

My point is that you don't even see hyper tails unless you read the comics. 

Tails cannot gain a hyper form due to the fact that he had to gain both the emeralds and the super emeralds just to turn into Super Tails. He couldn't use the power of the chaos emeralds to even go super.

The cutscene before you fight Eggman the second time in SA2.

Why can't he be like that in ever game? D:

There is a Turbo Tails, but that's to do with Archie Comics so that's an entirely different thing from the games.

Another of my favorite moments in the Sonic games is when Sonic goes Super in Adventure that was an awesome moment.

Really it would be nice to see some Sonic characters permanently killed off because then if fans knew they were dead, they wouldn't whine about them showing up in every game. How many of us wish Shadow had stayed dead after SA2?

Still it actually felt right with the Sonic series so I was quite happy with watching it. It wasn't painful like cutscenes from say Shadow or 2006.
