It has been ruled that the deaths of Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy and their son Daniel earlier today werethe resultof a double murder-suicide from within the home. WWE.com will have more as soon as it becomes available
man i was worried this was what the conclusion was going to be, i was just hoping i was wrong. Initially the police said it was being investigated as a homicide and i thought "at least i was wrong", but it turns out i wasn't. Like i said in the other post, the minute i heard that he canceled his appearance at a pay per view i knew something was up. I learned a long time ago to never ever judge a man til you walk a step in their shoes, however i just don't see how this had to be the only conclusion. No matter how bad it is, nothing is worth a person's life, NOTHING

Thats what I was going to say, but I now heard that he cancelled his pay-per-view event that was supposed to happen this weekend because of "family issues". If he knew that someone was going to kill him, why wouldn't he do something about it? It is sad to say, but Chris Benoit killed his wife, his son, and himself.

it said he called to say he wasent comming to work because his family was sick...you ever think his wife made that up so he could go home so she could do it?

according to the news press release the investigators believe he killed his wife and kids the night before then came back the night of the pay per view that he cancelled on, and that's when he killed himself. The exerpts from the press release and the link itself is on the other thread on this topic. Either way, whatever their problems were, there is ALWAYS another option other than this. damn shame

well we probably wont know what made him do it and kill his family if he did kill them. so its really sad but obviously somebody was provoked. and well it happens all the time and its really just sad. i mean its not something knew to hear about someone killing another person then themselves. its sad but not new. it happens far to much. but that is the sad world we live in. thankfully there will be a better place to go to one day when we eventually and fortunately get to leave this cruel world.
Here's a potential bizarre twist, there was a news report that stated Benoit went home after his wife complained about her and his son bleeding out of her mouth. What if Nancy killed the son and Chris and then took her life?
Everyone is quick to point to Benoit being the killed, but my thought is more that he came home to find Nancy and Daniel dead, then killed himself. Either way, this is one of the greatest losses in wrestling, no in sports history, it's insane, easily one of the best ever, and he dies befoer he was to win the ECW title....which is scary, because Eddie, another member of the Radicalz, died before he was supposed to win the title as well, Rest In Peace Chris Benoit, we all miss you
