This is to ask who is the best Clutch QB, basically who did great in the final minutes of the game any time

I would say Steve Young, he was great and a incredibly great rushing QB

Philip Rivers managed to get the Chargers to win against the Giants 21-20.

I read an article in the middle of the season that state Eli Manning actually has the best QB rating in the 4th quarter of close games for the past few years. So I'll be different and take him for all active players.

Well not really a top 5. It's more or less some names of the top of my head as good clutch QB's. Not in any order. Beside You'd have to put Broadway Joe above McNabb. No one has ever gone to the SB and tell everyone "We will win" and then turn around and do it.

Eli escaped a sack while throwing that ball under pressure. :|

Those were two great play's by the two with one not being more significant then the other.

Plus he did throw the game winning TD (with the help of Plax of course).
