I know he's been playing pretty good so far, but is he really this good? Anybody see the game?

I saw highlights on sportscenter. This kid is going places :P He's among some serious company, such as Wilt who scored 58 twice in his rookie career. And this was back in 1960!
so glad I have him on my fantasy team! 7-8 from the 3 point range :o this guy is something specialandyboiiiYeah me too, I added him a week ago. He was still a free agent, for whatever reason. I've got some scorers on my team... In a 6-teams league, I have Jennings (25 ppg), Carmelo, Wade and Bosh (around 30 each).

One spectacular game like this doesn't mean anything. He's got a while before you can even mention him in the same sentence as Kobe, Wade, and Lebron.
Dang calm down. One game like this does mean something, it means hes got great potential. No one said he was Kobe, Wade or Lebron.
Now it's a matter of Redd getting better and the Bucks trying to make the most out of Jennings before some rich team comes in and swipes him. If the Bucks don't do good this year they might not even be in Milwaukee much longer with the low money and poor arena they have. We need a reason to watch basketball again and Jennings is it.
Also the majority of the Bucks schedule so far has been a home stand. They have a good record now, but lets see what they do on the road.
So what. One 50 point game doesn't mean anything. It doesn't make a career. Jamal Crawford scored 50 points in a game last year. Are people clamoring for him to be in the HOF? Or even the all star team?DJ_Magneto

To add to that, no one is saying he deserves to be in the HOF. As for the All Star team, If he keeps playing this well, why shouldn't he be considered?
I'm rooting for him. I want to see him make David Sterns idiotic rule look even more stupid. The kid is special.-Halftime-I concur. I'm so glad he went to Europe after High School. The NCAA is just an entity that whores out their best players in order to make money and arbitrarily forces them to stay put while they line their pockets. I hope to see more talented players do this.
Edit: Also, GO LAKERS!! :D
The Bucks play the Allas Mavericks tomorrow. Don't expect Jennings to go for 50+ again, but could be another good night for him.
Having not seem him play at all, I was just wondering what his skill set is or who he compares to skill-wise? Is he sort of a Tony Parker type, young A.I., is he just a great shooter, or does he have the combo of speed/quickness, shooting, ball-handling, knack for getting to the basket like Parker...etc?
[QUOTE="CleanPlayer"]Rookie of the Year hands downhayato_I think he pretty much sealed it. Especailly if he keeps going for 50, but it was against the Warriors though.Yea only the Warriors would give up 55 points to the rookie. Dope effort nevertheless
Nah. I think he just wants to hurry up and get the year over with so he can make his bid towards Lebron/Wade.think donnie walsh wishes he could get a do over on the draft?

A few notes, the Bucks schedule has been mostly a home stand with lots of rest inbetween, they've hardly played any games compared to other teams. Also their wins have been against teams with a combined record of 5-25. Finally, they've won one out of three road games. The win? Against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
