Well, watch this video first, http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=3zIULG3IbiEm. After when you're done watching the video, did you see VC doing the Windmill dunk when he was playing for New Jersey? Well there is one but the most of them are when he was in Toronto Raptors. He is 30 years old, when he was young, he was skinnier, he could jump higher. So I'm talking about now, have you seen him doing the windmill dunk this year?

he still can...but he's not the same player that he once was when he was w/ the raps, so you wont be seeing him throwing down those nasty dunks often

Does anyone even know who's going to be in the Slam Dunk Contest this year? Recently, it's been all no-names.

I don't think there are any big names, but watch out for Jamario Moon. That guy can elevate.

Anyway yes, Wince technically can still windmill, but what you need to know is Wince is a quitter. If he's not happy he doesn't try, at all. Now that he has a shiny new contract expect him to settle for jump shots until his next contract year.

I wouldn't say a bunch of no names...if you paid attention to the league, you'd know who they are...but the list for this year is as follows:

1. Gerald Green (won last year...played in Boston now in MN)

2. Dwight Howard (runner up last year...if you don't know who he is, you're not paying attention to the nba)

3. Jamario Moon (plays on the Raptors team...very versatile player...played overseas, nbdl and I want to say cba as well...good story)

4. Rudy Gay (young star on Memphis...played at UConn)

As for Vince, I think he can still do a windmill...will it be as ferocious as it was in that dunk contest...nope...:?

Jamario Moon has a chance to win it, he played for the Harlem Globetrotters and he's on my fantasy team as a bench player. The man can get some serious lift.

But seriously, who cares who can do the windmill dunk. I prefer my teams players to not do any fancy dunks. You know how much it would suck if your star got injured trying to showboat?

If you have been paying attention to basketball lately, yes, VC can make windmills.. But, obviously, not as good as before.

Did you even watch last year's dunk contest? Dwight shoudl win it, unless the judges are idiots again.
