Dwight Howards Mini "The Decision"

Where do you think Dwight will land, being a Laker fan I hope he stays in LA...but I know with Kobe being the force that he is in that city (he's earned it) he can be very commanding and wary on anyone else that wants to be a top dawg on the team. I do think if he lands anywhere it should be with Golden State, Dwight can give the splash brothers a present in the post and give them a defensive boost to get them over the hump. I still think Dwight is talented but I know it's hard to play with an Alpha Male if you believe or were an Alpha Male too.

Anyone else think these Howard "Decisions" for the past two years have been worse than LeBron's? ESPN was unwatchable the amount of hype they were putting into the LeBron one, but at least we had a clear date and not a bunch of flip-flopping and other BS.  

Most people were interested in the LeBron decision.  This one just comes off as annoying.  Can't wait for it to be over no matter where he goes.

I'm talking about over the span of these two years.  Like when he committed to Orlando only to demand a trade later on and blow-up the entire organization in the process. Then we had him doing "All in for L.A" Ads, taking pics with fans and crap.  And now nobody knows where this dude's head is.  He's always trying to please everyone but it just makes him look worse.

Obviously a live broadcast of LeBron's decision was really stupid in hindsight, but at the time I don't remember anyone having a problem with it until that decision was actually made :lol:

Like I said, at least we had a set date that would feature the man himself announcing his choice.  By the way, it wasn't actually LeBron's plan.  It was a guy name Jim Gray.

Two I understand you're a Rockets fan but they do run a system close to D'Antoni, maybe they can slow it down and it'll work out but in my RESPECTFUL opinion I feel like Golden State would be a better choice for him. also congrats to the Rockets, looks like right now they'll be a strong contender in the west. I know I had my opinions for the Lakers or Golden State, should be interesting to see what Kevin McHale going do with all that talent.Enfamous_Mr_BHC

ESPN is reporting that the Lakers were telling Dwight that he won't dictate who their coach is or how they play. Good job LA, that is pretty much flipping Dwight Howard off if this is true. What reason does he have to stay again? If I were dwight, I would have walked out and signed with Houston in 5 minutes.

I won't be mad if he leaves or stays, bill simmons wrote a good article on how he thinks Dwight Howard has peaked and I agree with most of those points

Hope this ends soon, annoyed me the flip flopping and BS news we got from him when he was in Orlando. Hope he doesn't drag it out this time. Dwight = NBA Favre.
