Art Rooney once said that we shouldn't brag, and since Art Rooney is amazing I will continue to wave my Terrible Towel and exit quietly. But if it wasn't for the Cheif....

Jets should have been higher then the Giants, there were so many front runners for them last year around here its not even funny. I've been to Jets & Giants home games and must say the Jets fan were way more into it.

Patriots got to be hire the market share in boston for superbowl 42 was 81%. The giants at #10 is a joke to they booed there QB. Then #14 is to high for the Jets they cheered when there QB was injured.

From what I've seen I would agree, I hat that stupid J-E-T-S cheer.

What's wrong with booing your QB? If he's playing bad, let him know.

Definately agree with the top 2 - Steeler and Packer fans are die hard fans. I'd definately put the Patriot fans a lot lower.

Philadelphia should be above Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Where were the Browns fans all thsoe yearsd before last year when they sucked and questioned why Brady Quinn wasnt starting at the begining of last year?

Why should Philly be above Pit? 299 consecutive sellouts is only topped by GB I believe.

Jets fans more loyal?

I'm from NY, and though the Jets are popular, there are a ton more Giants fans, especially when you factor in Upstate, Parts of Connecticut and New Jersey, its not even close.

Long Island? Now thats Jets territory.

Sure there are more Giant fans but no way are they more loyal then Jet fans.

Just look at the Jets/Giants game last week. Who was making the most noise? Jet fans. Who sticks with the most up and down team in the NFL? Jet fans.

The fact that I live on LI has nothing to do with this :P

Packer fans are deserving of that #2 spot for sure.

You won't see any Packer fans leaving a game for weather.

Heck, I was at the Packer's Family Night intersquad scrimmage and it was delayed for rain and lightening and fans didn't even leave to miss that.

So does ESPN really have nothing better to do since the Favre drama has subsided for a bit? Niners at #24 and Raiders at #9? Don't make me laugh.

I live in upstate ny and there are a lot more Giants than Jets fans. But some of my best friends are Jets fans and last year they just wanted to lose so they could get a higher draft pick, that doesnt sound loyal to me, but there just 16 year old kids like me.

By the way i hate that Jets chant too. J-E-T-S stink stink stink. jk

12. Cowboys
Consecutive sellouts: 145 | Season-ticket waiting list: Not applicable due to new stadium

Cowboys fans aren't nearly as rabid as Eagles and Steelers fans, but the Cowboys have more of a worldwide audience. If you stay in the team hotel, you'll see something pretty remarkable. No matter where the Cowboys show up (even Appleton, Wis.), there are at least 30 fans waiting for them in the lobby. Texas Stadium is iconic because of the hole in the roof, but now it's simply a dump. This isn't a fan base that feels a great deal of hatred for certain teams or players. In fact, I think Texas Stadium is one of the safest places in the league to wear an opposing jersey. The most hated player from an opposing team is now lining up at wide receiver for the Cowboys.

Ah, I'm glad to see the Patriots make the list. I just hope that once they start to decline (like 8-8, 7-9 seasons) the fans remain loyal.

Wow i didn't know it was that bad in Jacksonville, looks like the Jags will be moving here :D It would suck to take away the Saints.

Jaguars should be last.

49ers should be higher.

HurricaneHugo
Agreed, it's a hipster kinda town and to sell out so many consecutive football games out by the bay is pretty remarkable i say.

The Saints get a 2 in stadium atmosphere and a 3 in fan creativity? What other team has a fan like Moses running around? Hell, WE invented the bag over head thing.

Meh, da well, just some clowns opinion in the end.

Philadelphia Eagles fans are the most passionate football fans in America. It's a joke that they're not number 1.

If you've never been to Philly or the Linc then I don't wanna hear you say otherwise.

Meh, there's always gonna be idiots at any sporting venue. It's no different anywhere else. I know that I, and a majority of the fans in Philadelphia, would never cheer on a serious injury. But you always have those idiots in the minority that will.

Watching Jimmy Johnson get pelted with snowballs, THAT was classic though.
