i have only two things to say
1. at least there is going to be huge outrage and pressure put on dogfighting/dogfighters
2. M vick is going to lose the falcons a lot of fans if they dont impose punishment on vick
"rape stand"??? What kind of sick bastards do this?sieg6529thats not even the worst of it
strangling and drowning losing dogs??!!! this is utterly horrible

Maybe it's just me, but I did not find that funny. But then again, I'm not a fan of bad jokes.
What?!! Some nobody on the internet didn'tlike my joke!. Oh whatever shall I do?!!
I can't wait to see all Vick's sponsorship deals get pulled.
I honestly hope he get's maimed by a rabid dog.
[QUOTE="romocop33"]**** him. if any of this is true, anyone who still roots for the guy or wears his jersey should be ashamed. what horrible human beings.-Karmum-
Because all who wear his jersey are aware of these charges.
anyone who wears his jersey, if and when he gets convicted, would have to be either living in somewhere with no electricity, or an absolute moron to not know what he is/was/may have been involved with.
guilty or not.. i think he's an idiot...
i dont get it.. celebs have all this money.. and to still continuously get wrapped up in this type of crap is ridiculous.. and his defense is "i wasnt there and i didnt know" really? thats it.. i spend (insert waste of money) for some house i let someone else just bide thier time in it and i dont come bck to check on the place....?
i expect that kinda bs from a teenager.. not a grown ass man
[QUOTE="kdt55"]If Vick is cleared of all charges, will someone create a topic titled..."We had Vick all wrong". Probably not. Everyone is declaring him guilty as we speak (type).Decessus
Did you know that the Feds have a conviction rate greater than 95%?
not to mention the mounds of evidence against him.

Innocent until proven guilty is all well and good when sitting on a jury. I however have no such obligation, and feel no guilt whatsoever for proclaiming Michael Vick to be the despicable person that he is.

i agree. atlanta's most beloved herpes sufferer may not be so beloved in the coming months.
It was only a matter of time.......
Well, at least the Falcons still have Matt Schaub. Oh, that's right, he's with the Texans. So, who will startfor the Falcons now? Joey Harrington? LOL. Maybe they'll wisen up and start DJ Shockley instead. I mean, he can't be any worse at passing than Harrington and he can run. The Falcons are doomed either way unless Vick is miraculously cleared of charges. But by week eight or so they'll fall to pieces and miss the playoffs anyway.
I was one to really support Vick when he was being criticized for not being able to throw the ball last seaon. I said that if he had receivers, he may actually sit back and throw 4 TDs a game. Crumpler being the #1 receiver should be a concern for Falcon fans. In any event, I completely have no respect for Vick anymore! He can join his child molesting little brother and hide his head in his hands. What a waste of talent!

Vick is done. First of all, you don't get indicted by the feds unless you have some serious evidence against you. After all his legal worries, I doubt he ever plays in the NFL again. Endorsements are way gone. Yet, I have no sympathy whatsoever for him.-Dionysus-
not always true.. the grounds for being indicted are not as weighty as many may think... all that is needed is probable cause
here is how it goes
simply put....
a Federal Crime has been commitited
it is pssible that he is involved
thats all they needed for Vick to be indicted...
now the prollem is.. they found a BOAT LOAD f ecidence on op of that.. it only makes the case stronger
but the requirements for a grand jury indictment are very broad
Four TDs a game is a bit much I think. Sometimes his passes were so wild, his receivers didn't know what to expect half of the time. It does not matter anyway because Vince Young will be what mv will never be, a winner.I was one to really support Vick when he was being criticized for not being able to throw the ball last seaon. Not when it comes to a high-profile person like Mike Vick. Regardless, he's so done. His cousin was arrested on federal drug charges and "when" he's convicted he faces absolute jail time, he will cut a deal to bring down Vick. Especially when it's just conspiracy to commit, Vick didn't have to physically do any of that stuff.

While the grounds for actually being indicted may not be high, there is a reason that the Feds have a conviction rate that is greater than 95%. They do not indict someone unless they know they are going to have a guilty verdict returned.
I wonder if the feds are just out to get Vick like that one dude was out to get those Duke players. Hmmm. Also, I hope the Feds arent depending on testimony from dudes already in jail, that would be stupid on their part.kdt55
Son, the guy from the Duke case wasn't a Fed, this are the Feds, they know what there doing. 95% conviction rate, I rest my case.
