GAMESPOT Fantasy Football League: FULL!

metaldude05 took the initiative to set up one in yahoo. right now it is a points league using the default settings. the live draft is set for friday at 8 o clock but im willing to move it to as late as 11 or12 if thats not a good time and people have to work. if we have at least 8 managers wll go ahead and draft then if not ill close.

If a league was created how many slots are needed and what site is best? I really want a GS league because I figure it would be cool but havent used fantasy football since 2005 on ESPN. Can anyone help or start a league?Tjeremiah1988

yahoo let me set the date for friday. im assuming that it just backscores in previously played games. yahoo will let you do it up until the first week of october

we need 3 more people. if you cant figure out how to sign up through yahoo. post or message me your email address, ill invite you. it sends you a link to the league and from there its simple just create a team. again the draft will be friday. right now it is at 8 but i can easily change the time to later or slightly earlier if need be. we just need to draft on friday

edit: i changed it to head to head due to want and i wasnt completely sure with how points only works. so were going with what i know. the playoffs will take place in week 16 and 17

hopefully the draft is easy to use. Ive never used it. Also before I go, if the league has a password and we cant find anyone by 6est, I think you should open the league for anyone to join.

this is what meta wrote, hes in control of the leauge "i changed it to a head to head league with a two week playoff (the top 4 teams make the playoffs) the regular season will end on the 15 week. and the top 4 will play each other in week 16 and the championship will be week 17. i will be flexible with this. i like the idea of a playoff but if yall would rather go with just a 17 week season with no playoff thats fine im just afraid well have two teams with the same record. let me know" If you dont agree , let him know now before the draft tonight.

just to let everybody know you might want to test your system to make sure the draft application will run. you just click on draft central and under the countdown to the draft there is a link to test your system. i think if you have flash you should be good but you never know. if your system doesnt pass the test then it will link you to download whatever you need. you might want to open up the application. a5 to 10 minutes before the draft to make sure your good to go.

The draft is at 8pm est. also we need one more person so if you can think of someone on here that might want to join let them know about it. i should be back on at about 5-6pm est. to add anybody interested

Well I just signed up, 8 PM draft is fine for me.

I haven't played this in a couple of years; we have to pick defensive guys too? And what is up with 5 points for 50 yard FGs?
