I hate when people badmouth the knicks. Hello! They're going through a rebuilding process people! They're in like the 3rd year of the 25 year plan. Have some patience people!manningbowl135I understand, but this time, it doesn't matter. There is no excuse for losing a game by 40 points.
well not as bad as the dolphins or heat...but they r really bad. mayb they win 15 straight and make the playoffs?
lakers win it all~!!!!!

But at least teams like the Heat seem to be in a short rebuilding mode -- with their sure-to-be-high draft pick, they have a legit shot at the playoffs next year since they already have some pieces (Wade, Marion). The Knicks have been bad for a long time, and the end of this suckiness doesn't look near.

Hey, there are other teams who suck too. The Sonics, my home team, are terrible,monkeytoes61
Yeah but they havent sucked for so many seasons in a row. Does any remember the last time the Knicks made the playoffs? Was it when they went to the finals as the 8th seed? I hope they continue to suck as long as Starbury is there. Who is dumb enough to give Starbury such a huge contract?

Few years back, had a losing record, but made the playoffs. Looked it up was 03-04 season as the 7th seed.

Let's not forget the Timberwolves.

The Suns I beleive gave Marbury that original contract and then the Knicks gave up the farm in a trade to get him. I was so mad when the Knicks traded for that cancer...

What's with all the Marbury hate? I understand he's not the best influence on the basketball court, but he's a nice guy. There aren't many athletes who would give their name on $15 sneakers.

Lets see, he could have started a dynasty with KG in Minnesota but Steph wanted the big money. Then he goes to New Jersey: flop and is sent to Phoenix: flop, and next to New York. And for all his talent, has he led any team to a playoff win as the "star". No he hasn't. He's not coachable at all and he's extremely arrogant. Aside from his shoe deal which I thought would turn things around from all the negativity he creates I can't stand the self proclaimed "best PG in the NBA".
Just the Knicks? How about the entire Eastern Conference. The Warriors who are 9th seed in the West would be number 4 in the east.Witchking111111
Very true. But if the Eastern Conference is so weak then the Knicks should at least win some of their games.
Hey, there are other teams who suck too. The Sonics, my home team, are terrible,monkeytoes61good draft in 2 yrs and maybe u guys can make it to the playoffs...just build around durant and playoff team. but my lakers, we r young..not old like the celtics and suns.. lakers could build a dynasty. the spurs r old, suns, celtics, pistons lilbit.
but in probally 2 yrs u'll see hornets vs lakers rivalry in playoffs. i think lakers can start the new decade like they did. but we dont even have bynum back. when he's back our team will just dominate, we killed the suns~!

All of these things are on the court. Yes he's a negative influence on the court, but he seems to be a nice guy off it. Charitable and all that.

I dont know the person in real life but to call yourself the best point guard in the league is a complete joke, especially since he can bearly win. I do enjoy watching him lose. Starbury quit lying to yourself. I hate score all the time point guards.

I remember Sporting News or Sports Illustrated picked them to be like 5th in the East. Almost every year, some geniuses in the media decide to pick the Knicks for the playoffs.
I should keep all of those "season preview" magazines just to see how silly their predictions look at the end of the year.
