Carolina Panthers - Underachieved. That's all I can say.

Atlanta Braves - 1-0 :D

Washington Wizards - They've played pretty good so far, and in the East they are more than capable of making it to the NBA Finals.

Carolina Hurricanes - There in big trouble right now of missing the playoffs following our Stanley Cup win.

UNC basketball - Good season that ended in heartbreak. But if everyone returns then we could easily win it all next season.

UNC football - I've kinda given up on them at this point.

Saints- 1 game away from the Super Bowl, what more could I ask for. Auburn Football- Went 11-2, not a bad year. Auburn Basketball- Played hard, beat some good teams (Tennessee and Vandy), but faltered in the end. I believe they will make some kind of tournament next year, most likely the NIT.

Patriots- disappointing loss to Colts

Pistons- Best in the East, 30% chance to win Finals if they make it.

Michigan Football- disappointing loss to USC.

Michigan Basketball- disappointing for the past decade.

Detroit Red Wings- Stanley Cup hope

Chelsea- still behind Man U.

Not really a fan of these two teams but most of the baseball games I watch and go to are these two teams:

Red Sox and Detroit Tigers- season just started

Heat - Wade's out, Shaq doing well, Posey and J Will are doing great. 6th in East and we might get Wade back in the playoffs.

Melbourne Demons (Australian Rules Football) - Lost the season opener to the Saints, playing Hawthorn next week and should win.

Australian Cricket Team - Made Super Eights in the World Cup, yet to drop a game and favourites to take out the whole thing.

That's it.

Seahawks: 9-7, good but could be better...lost in divisional playoffs (atleast it wasn't a blowout like many people said it was going to be, they took the game into overtime and only lost by a field goal)...hopefully the 'Hawks get healthy next year, can't be having anymore injuries

Leafs- Exactly where I saw them, on the bubble for the playoffs.

San Jose Sharks- Expected them to contend for 1st in the conference but they are playing extremely well in a very tough division.

Raptors- Well ahead of expectations.

Blue-Jays- So far beat one of the best teams in the league and are on pace for a 162-0 season. And no one's injured yet.

Detroit Lions- Well, I guess they got a good draft pick...

Pirates - 1-0 so far.
Penguins - finally back in the playoffs
Mountaineers (football) 10-2 and won their bowl game (not bad)

NBA: Utah Jazz - Kicking some trash for the most part, hopefully will make a bit of noise this year in the playoffs

MLB: SF Giants - choked in 06, hopefully 07 will be better

NFL: SF 49ers - Did much better than I thought and they didn't even have their TE who is a freak-o-nature!

NCAAF: BYU Cougars - Lost only two games (they shouldn't have lost any period though) and did a solid job. New QB means lots of fun next year but they are solid all around so it should be a good year.

NCAAB: BYU Cougars - Made it into the big dance so I was happy. Should have beat Xavier but I'm not complaining.

NHL: I don't have a fave team so... it's been a good year.

Nick--is it pretty common for people in Utah to root for SF teams in the sports that you guys don't have a team (serious question)? Or do you guys just pick any team?

Denver Broncos - Missed playoffs, then the deaths of two young players to cap it off.  Definitely the worst season I've ever experienced as a fan!

Phoenix Suns - Fantastic so far!

Manchester United - Have a chance to repeat the 99 Treble!

Juventus - On their way back to Serie A!

Raptors-Looking good for the playoffs but it is hard to see them getting past the 1st or 2nd round

Leafs- Assuming the Islanders lose tomorrow they make the playoffs, which is actually probably a bad thing.

San Jose Sharks- Joe Thornton is starting to play like his old self, not only making big plays but starting to play physical again, and they got hot at the right time.

Jays- The pitching rotation is falling appart sooner than expected, and Josh Towers hasn't even played *gulp*. And it looks like Glaus is injured.

Toronto FC- They played a game, don't know if they won or lost but apparently they have some pretty good players.

Detroit Lions- They're the Lions, what do you expect? At least they might get a decent QB this year, though I doubt it. I might cry when they pass up Brady Quinn for a linesman.
