Im doing surprisingly well, SO FAR, i have only missed the VCU v. Duke game, which I new i should have picked the underdog & the GT game (so much for my cindarella).
Ohh man, my bracket looks horrible. I had predicted some upsets in the first round and all day thursday there was only the VCU upset (which really wasn't an upset, no way Duke should of gotten a 6 seed). Its all over for me. Although I still got all my Final Four hopefuls moving on, theres nothing else for me.
after the first round i'm in first place but the duke game really hit me hard. I had them going to the elite 8 so that will catch up w/ me. I thought if they got passed VCU that bracket fit their style of this year really well. They don't have the athletes to run up and down the court (that's why UNC wore them down every game), so i figured if they could play in a half court they would have a good shot. With the exception of Kansas who can run, you have Pitt, UCLA, Indiana and SOuthern Illinois who all play half court, defense oriented games. I thought they would have a shot. Damn VCU
i gambled and im ruined, im 23/32 and someone in my bracket is 30/32. on an even more embarassing note, my girlfriend (who doesn't even watch college basketball) only got VCU vs Duke wrong and is 31/32 so far.
anybody have a bracket on yahoo? so far at least 4 guys with perfect barackets, and one of them didnt pick a championship game??? just left it blank...lol
My sweet sixteen is completely ruined. Michigan State should've beat NC... they just ran out of gas in the last few minutes, otherwise they were right up there.
