Or their upcoming season. My three teams are the Yankees, Rangers and Giants. To my own surprise If I had to pick one to go all the way it'd be the Giants. Going into this season I wasn't expecting the impeccable performances the Giants had in the playoffs to continue. It turns out those playoff performances were not just a hot streak, but the birth of a new super power in the NFL. The Giants are truly a force to be reckoned with, and to think with their defense already this good... wait until Osi Umenyiora is back next year.

I have to guess which one is most likely to go all the way? I don't know. You tell me:

  • One of my teams finished at the bottom of the West, packed up their bags and moved to Oklahoma.
  • Another finished at the bottom of the AL, and became history's first 100-100 club by having a payroll in excess of $100 million and managing to lose over 100 games.
  • A third is sitting near the bottom of the NFC, is a virtual lock at missing the playoffs for the first time in several years, and still hasn't been able to field a healthy team.
  • The fourth and fifth are a combined 1-16, 0-11 in PAC10 play, and have been thrashed by a whopping combined average score of 46-13.

Pacers. Broncos and Canucks... dont think any will go all the way :(

The Pacers have a graet young team but wont be much for a few years. My Broncos have some great players (Champ, Marshall Cutler), but a terrible defense. And The Canucks have terrible defenders and put to much on Luongos shoulders to win.

I guess out of the 3 id pick The Broncos, although i highly doubt that will happen.

Phillies have already done it for me, so I'm happy no matter what happens. I have to say though, the Sixers are looking pretty good this year, Brand has fit in nicely.

More likely - NY Giants, but NY Rangers could if they dont overuse Lundquist(spelling) early

Out of all my fave teams - would prefer - NY Mets

my teams are the Jets, Yankees, and Knicks...is there a "none of the above" option? the Jets might make the playoffs but I would be surprised if they got out of the first round, the Knicks are not going anywhere, and the Yankees might have a hard time just making the playoffs with that tough AL East unless they improve their pitching.

I guess the Yankees would be the most likely (as they are every year) just because they can afford to spend on some players in the offseason to at least have a decent team every season

As for my teams, the 49ers aren't going anywhere, but I can see the Ducks make it to the playoffs, just not sure about them going all the way. Detroit is stacked this year.

As for the NBA, the Bulls should have an improved season but not make it all the way.

I just have to say that next season the Angels should have a prime opportunity to win it all.

Angels failed me in the playoffs, USC with how bad the PAC 10 is probably not going to make it to the title game because of how bad most of the teams in the PAC 10 are, Raiders yeah lol, Lakers however are the only team that I still have hope for to win it all and it's a big possibility

I'll easily go with the San Jose Sharks. I don't care nearly as much about the other teams in the Bay Area, but everyone else is AWFUL lol.

NBA- Cavaliers
NFL- Packers
NCAA- Wisconsin, Ohio State

The Cavs probably have the best chance of winning the title.

NBA- I expect Boston to have another good year, however I still want to see Pheonix make it this year. I also think LeBron is overdue for a title. Too bad his team blows..

NFL - Hmm, I'd like to see if Eli and his team can pull off another season. Other than that, my Patriots =D

MLB -still holdin out on my M's :(

NCAA - OSU best chance is a BCS bowl birth now

NFL: Packers...wild card at best

NBA - Cleveland, if Mo williams can help lebron like everyone is hoping, they have a shot.

NHL: Detriot - hard to do, but with the team they have, good shot they repeat.

Cleveland doesn't blow, they are one of the better Defensive and rebounding teams in the league, they just need some offense. If Mo Williams can do it outside like lebron does it inside, they just might do it.

NCAA Football Penn State Alabama or Texas Tech would have to lose and wed have to stay undefeated

NCAA Basketball: North Carolina #1 could very well happen

NBA: Lakers With Bynum back i expect us to win it this season

NFL: Cowboys My boys are a mess but i think we can atleast make the Playoffs

MLB: Angels We will easily win the division with all of the terrible teams in it but i dont know if we can win in the playoffs

NHL Penguins We will win the cup because we will add Ilya Kovalchuk

My Pick: Pittsburgh

Red Sox, Panthers, Juventus, Louisville Cardinals.

As much as I would love to see the Cards win this years tournament in college basketball. (And they could)

Have to go with the Carolina Panthers, this has to be the year. Winning their 1st Superbowl in rival Raymond James Stadium.

Lakers, Cowboys, Trojans.

Lakers: Avg. Margin of victory is 20+ points. That's impressive. They have the most balanced team imo and are the favorites right now to win it all.

Cowboys: I still think they can right the ship and make noise in the playoffs. But so far it has been a little disappointing.

Trojans: Need a lot of help to play in the BCS game cause the SEC and Big 12 schools are going to get a nod over USC. Damn Pac 10 needs tougher opponents. USC doesn't even face div II teams in their non-conf schedule and still can't get a tough schedule.

I'm going with the Lakers here. I still have hope that all three could do it.

They suck too much for me to even waste my time posting a prediction. When Davis left, it pissed me off a lot. Plus, basketball doesn't rank very high in my care-o-meter anyway.

Then again, we did have the best record in the AL after changing managers, so maybe the offseason won't need to be that big.

Out of all the Philly teams I could see the Phils doing it again. They handled Milwaukee and LA with Manny and CC and now they won't even be an issue anymore. The Mets and Cubs always seem to find a way to implode so until they prove otherwise no need to fear them. Maybe Atlanta or St. Louis get it going this year but the National League is again very winnable and once you're in the Series you always have a shot.

Ok ,

NFL - I would say this in the NFC the south has the best record, I look for a good showdown in the NFC championships between the Giants vs. Panthers (or Atlanta their my hopeful home team) for the AFC its easy Tennessee is undefeated but the NY Jets could be their kryptonite. I can't wait for the playoffs.

NBA - its too early to tell when you have the Lakers and the Hawks with the best records in the NBA but I think Kobe and the lakers could make a repeat and I think Lebron could get his first ring this year.

Now you just need a team from the south - Florida, and you got the country covered. :P
