If Jerry Jones wants to win a playoff game, the first step is to stay in the owner's box and away from the sidelines. How can any coach concentrate when the boss is standing three feet away?

Surprisingly Norv Turner has lead the Chargers to a couple of playoff victories. Wade was handed a very talented team in the Cowboys after Romo took over mid last season, so it's suspect if he's really a good coach or not. I think the Cowboys would have gone 13-3 even with a more proven mediocre coach. A good coach will win a playoff game, so he really is on the hotseat right now.

I'm pretty sure he'll be given another chance because of the regular season record whether he really had an effect on it or not, but if he doesn't even win a playoff game next season or coaches to a mediocre 8-8 or similar record, he's definately gone.

He thinks he's a football genius, when in reality, without Jimmy Johnson, he'd be just another meddling, dim-wit owner.

He should stay in the owners box and worry about making money.

If anyone looked at Wade Phillips as anything more than a transitional coach, you would be delusional. As a Cowboy fan since the late 70's I saw this coming a mile away.
