Time for Minn. to get a passing attack or they will always be a one-trick pony.d12malu
yup. do u know how hard its gonna b for them to run the ball if the other team knows its coming. they have to get a consistant passing game going to back of the defense so they can't stack the box every single play.
People are watching him more now and trying to shut down his game.Just_OsmoI don't think its that simple, people were watching him since he had his first 200 yard game, but they still didn't stop him. I think it his mentality after the injury thats getting the best of him.
It's because teams are stacking the box against him, no other reason.
Look at the way that Denver played them last night. Most teams up by more then 14 points would drop back everyone and play the pass for the rest of the game. Instead what did Denver do? They stacked the box and had the linebackers cheat up to the line of scimmage. No one expected Jackson to make those throws at the end of the game even with the help of single coverage.
Jackson doesn't scare anyone and because of that he had the chance to win the game. Even after the first TD pass no one in the stadium thought that he could do it again. They were more concerned about stopping the running game.
Minnesota is the only team in the league where you have to keep stacking the box even when you're ahead.
