I mean his voice was quivering when he was doing the starting lineups and sounds as if he has a cold or something I mean come on! I could do a better job announcing than this guy!

Where did i sayI hate the Spurs? They are infact my second favorite team so don't jump the gun. I was just wondering if other people had noticed the same thing I did.
I absolutely agree. The Spurs P.A. announcer is incredibly irratating to listen to. SPURS BALL! I want to hit him multiple times. He and the Heat announcers are the most annoying by far.
Oh i know i hated the heat announcer last year too especially when he yells DWAYNE WADE!!! everytime he scores. Thankfully we were spared that these playoffs.
That was my thought when I watched the 2005 Finals. The Spurs PA guy is completely uninspiring. Also worthy of mention are the PA announcers for the Magic (grating and nasally voice) and the Hawks (mainly becasue he sounds ridiculous when calling a "thrEEEE!").
Edit: Although as a Pistons fan I am required to dislike the Heat, I don't think their PA guy is terrible. His voice is annoying, but at least he sounds like he's into the game (unlike the one for the Spurs).
True and as one Pistons fan to another this had to be the most frustrating playoffs for me in along time! They had a really good shot of atleast getting to the Finals and have a shot at getting revenge!
Yeah. I suppose the only consolations for me are 1. it's the Cavaliers instead of the Pistons that will get manhandled by the Spurs, and 2. I don't have to listen to the Spurs PA announcer since I'm not watching the Finals.
lol in order for me to enjoy number one i have to watch the finals although I am just watching parts of the game not the whole thing like my brother. I dont think that the Pistons would have been manhandled by the Spurs since they seem to play better against better opponents besides they would have had revenge on their minds from 2005.

Thanks! Most of the guys i talked to before who were fans of other teams didnt like him. Dont know why.Well game3 is tonight so I am expecting the Cleveland announcer and the fans to go crazy again!! If I were a spurs fan in game 2 I would have held up a sign that said "Dont worry LeBron this will only affect your brain!" That would be the best sign ever! For those of you who dont know its from LeBrons Sprite commercial.

It means they're running out of ideas and are looking back in the trashcan at ideas that were rejected once and should have stayed rejected.
