That's about what I would have said. That is, if he is the first option on the team and not 6th man or anything.

his numbers will be irrelevent cause the Grizzlies wont be going to the playoffs. Unless he only cares about doing his personal best which is once again irrelevent cause its a team sport.

Well he had a (more) decent 45,4% and 45,8% with Denver. 42% isn't very good though, and that's about what he averaged with the 76ers in his MVP-type years.
