... because Jay-Z believes that David Ortiz named his Dominican night club after his, called 40/40, and is trying to bank off his name. Jay-Z will be seeking $5 million. As a Yankee fan I can't stand Jay-Z. Even if David Ortiz did do what Jay-Z is accusing him of, $5 million is extremely harsh. But my question is why would David Ortiz need any more star power than he already has in the Dominican Republic? Ridiculous.

$5 million!?! That is outrageous. For the record, I'm a Red Sox fan and this just gives me another reason to hate Jay-Z.

I'm not into sports, and I'm only somewhat of a Jay-Z fan, but how is Jay-Z in the wrong here? The guy named his restaurant the same name as Jay-Z's hugely popular restaurant. That can't be a coincidence and is definitely grounds for a lawsuit.

Definitely. Oritz had been to Jay-Z's 40/40 club before he opened his club in the Dominican Republic. It's honestly not a coincidence and I actually like Big Papi.
