KP claims he wasn't drunk. He may have been drinking, but not to that point. The police charged him with a PI without giving him a sobriety of any kind test and supposedly hit him with their nightsticks. The fight seems to have been with the police. Perkins has hired a private investigator to look into the matter.

I don't have a source that I can post on this board, but I am from the area and know of the investigator hired. It looks like this may be a case of foul play by the police. This is not uncommon here, so don't be so quick to judge when all the facts are not present.
