no matter what your opinion is. if these guys took roids or hgh or whatever before the testing policies were put in place than its not cheating. because in what like 2001 and back to the beginning of baseball there was not drug testing policies for roids and hgh and other currently banned substances. you can say they cheated your babe ruths or hank aarons fine. but what they did was not against baseball rules when there was no policy. im suprised no sammy sosa or big mac on that list

Wasn't Mitchell looking more for active players? I believe that is why Sosa or Mcguire are not on the list.

the mitchell report was a big joke. It told us what we already knew, brought about hearsay of new guys, and had an ex-yankee trainer who was claiming nothing happened a day before he was threatened of prison time cough up garbage on clemens and pettitte just to save his own face. I really expected more.
