Madden 08 starting HB glitch?

Is there any reason why my backup HB is always getting the touches, while my starter sits out?

I tried everything, even turning fatigue OFF.

My starter isnt even injured...this happens with my O-line also...it automatically puts the 2nd stringers in, instead of the starters...even though fatigue is turned off, injuries are turned off. Even when I go into the depth chart....all the starters are at the top, but when I pick a play, all I get is the second stringers. Im not even using the backup package to split carries. My starters just dont want to play.

Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

I agree starters don't play the entire game in pre-season. Now if this is happening in regular season...good luck cause I have no clue whats up.
