What did everyone think of the demo?

I liked how it had a decent pre-game show. The game is realistic. Crosby still can't kick. I even skipped the half game show trying to switch him for Giorgio Tavecchio but he's not in. :( Anyway, Packers still can't run even with Lacy. The final play of the game was even an M.D. Jennings pick, except it wasn't in the endzone, there were no replacement refs and the refs got it right this time. :P

I might get the game if we can use shared rosters (which I saw confirmed) in Owners mode. If I can't have create-a-team at least I'd be able to have Dorsey Levens or William Henderson as my fullback or have Aaron Rodgers throw to Sterling Sharpe, Don Hudson, Bubba Franks or Mark Chmura.

I havent like a Madden release since Madden 2004. Madden 05 was the last Madden I bought at full price while Madden 09(PS2) was the last one I bought. I must say the recent demo is solid but I still won't buy it.(will consider it at lower price) I still hate the Xbox influence controls for Madden this gen. I mean I want to use the D-pad to move and hold X to turbo. And speaking of turbo, its a good thing the brung that back.

Turbo got patched back in the same year they took it out due to mass complaints.

Madden 12 was the latest Madden that I've played. I had a lot fun playing that one. I've also have Madden 09.

It was alright. Gonna do what I've done the last few years and rent it for a few weeks and then get rid of it and never play it again when I start to remember why I hate Madden.

wasn't too bad. Presentation is kind of repetitive and doesn't flow (2k master of presentation in sports gm) however gmplay wasn't too bad....still isn't a must buy though for 60$

I like it, I didn't like last years because you can't control the franchises. But looks like with the connected careers they say you can control multiple teams. Running game has improved, I can't wait for it to come out!

I made a legends roster. GT: Apostle92627 Packers are mostly complete but I can't put everyone on the team. Wish I could... :lol: Let me know if I missed anyone besides Eric D!ckerson. I'll add him later.

I've enjoyed it so far. The run blocking AI is vastly improved. Still some slip ups, but with the new cutting mechanics, breaking big runs is really satisfying this year.

Yeah... There are two things I hate about the game this year: The crap commentary and no create a team. Everything else is awesome. The ability to create legends and upload/download rosters makes the game even better.
