Technically, one would rather start a team with a PG. But Jordan>All. So Jordan is my choice.

I'd take Magic.

  • Magic would be the one to play within the team concept immediately.
  • Magic has the more unigue combination of size and talent, and can play more positions if need be.
  • I believe his will to win was as strong as Jordan's

Jordan is not a "wrong" choice either, but he would be more likely to clash with teammates, kill and eat all challengers to him being the "Alpha Male" on the team, thus disrupting team chemistry, until management got the right mix of players around him with the skill and personality to deal with Jordan's brand of IRON FIST "leadership"...... come on fella's ...I joke......a little;)

But I would take my chances with Magic, I think the return on investment would be faster.

BTW, I'd start a team with Magic over Kobe too.

Madsen...hummm, ok nahhh.

But I think I gave good reason to take Magic, nothing to do with a dislike of MJ, even said I would take magic over Kobe:shock:

It's just the MJ hype, it's killin me! (he said with a smile on his face) Check this out, sometimes I invade other sites for fun and laughs and start some trouble.

I posted under the name "Thrill" and posted a positive statement about Kobe being more skilled than MJ ( I meant to add the word "offensively" but forgot, but I corrected it)...you would have thought I slapped somebody's momma! It's hilarious ...at least to me. But check out the date when the conversation ended.

Are we going with them when they were rookies?

If so I'm totally taking Jordan because Magic had to learn from his Laker teammates how to get the killer instinct when it comes to playing so to have a happy go lucky guy as a rookie would be fun but give me the guy who wants to win.

If we just take them at their best to start a team it's pretty much a tie though I'd take Jordan because you can put 4 scrubs around him and still have a team that contends every season

I loved the hate on Jordan in the other thread as well. I know it's basketball season when i see you knocking MJ. Ahhh. another season begins.

I'm a Lakers fan, so I'm going to take Magic. There is no wrong answer here.
