ill go margarito.. no one its pulling for him so ill be the one.
im not a manny hater tho i hope he gets the mayweather fight, and pushes his face through the floor.
If Manny were to lose this fight, Mayweather would never fight him. That dream fight would be over. Mayweather's logic would be that he beat Mosely who beat Martarito who (if it were to happen) beat Pacquiao. Mayweather is praying that Pacquiao loses this fight so he won't have to face him.ill go margarito.. no one its pulling for him so ill be the one.

Lets see the fight first, then we talk. Anyone with any boxing knowledge will tell you not to put a volume puncher in the ring with Mayweather. It's a huge mismatch. Even worse a boring one. People buy into prefight hype way too much, Manny never had and never will have a chance vs Mayweather. I much much rather see something like a Andre Berto vs Manny. Then at least I would get my money's worth.[QUOTE="i5750at4Ghz"]

Just like the De la Hoya fight or should I say sparring session. Neither boxer did any actual fighting.
I hate speculating on a Pacquiao / Mayweather fight because I think it could go either way. I think either man could win the fight, but I think it's wrong to think that Mayweather would just dominate and not get hit at all. Come on. Pacquiao is pound for pound for a reason. You honestly think Pacquiao wouldn't get one shot in on Mayweather? If Mosley is able to get in a couple of shots to nearly put Mayweather down, I don't see why you wouldn't think Pacquiao would accomplish more. Manny wouldn't stop punching in the later rounds like Mosley did.DJ_MagnetoFirst Mayweather was attacking Mosley the entire fight. He will NOT attack Manny. However I will say that if he does he loses by knockout. Second no I don't think Mayweather will dominate, he will simply win. You look at all his fights vs volume punchers. He simply ran the entire fight. It's imo very boring. I'm all for defensive fighters, I even enjoyed alot of Mayweathers defensive fights(Fight vs Zab was very entertaining), just not when all he doesn't is circle the ring and throw pot shots.
Look at the two fighters using boxing logic and throw emotion out the window and its clear who the favorite is. Manny threw 1200 punches at Clottey and only landed 250ish, and Clottey barely moved. Mayweather has better defense than Clottey and is 100% fasters. Look at there boxing styles, it would be hard for any boxing fan to pick Manny as the favorite if the fight were to ever happen.

i think manny knows how to cut an opponent who's runningPacquiao will mop the floor with Margarito. Margarito should never have been allowed back in the sport after he was caught cheating like that. And now he gets his big and undeserved payday, then makes a video making fun of Freddie Roach' parkinson's disease. Completely classless loser who will get his ass whooped.hillelslovakDid you see that weak ass apology by Robert Garcia at the press conference yesterday? How could they say that they did not know about Freddie's Parkinsons. It's no surprise that Freddie will no longer speak to or welcome any of those fools to the Wild Card Gym.

They're shameless douchebags for sure. They all act like Margarito is a victim and should be given another chance. It's bs. Even if he only attempted to use the loaded gloves in the Mosley fight, which I doubt, he should be banned for life. I think he used loaded gloves against Cintron in their fights, and against Cotto.
Loaded gloves? Ducking fights? Good lord i hope Boxing doesn't turn into the WWE.............well that might still have fans, i hope it doesn't turn into horse racing.......X360PS3AMD05im impressed at how you were able to control yourself not to say mma, lol, it seems that in every boxing conversations somebody would always hi jack and shove mma in their mouths

It would be the same thing that happened in the De la Hoya vs. Mayweather contest. Where De la Hoya threw everything he had and Mayweather with his defense picked his shots and landed a whopping 57% of his punches.
Manny would chase Mayweather all night. Although I firmly believe Mayweather would be the likely winner, I doubt it'd be the fight everyone expects it to be. Of course, I'd still pay to watch it.
And there's no excuses for Manny tonight, no matter what. Freddie Roach has already said that Manny looks unreal and is ready. So that talk of him not being ready a few weeks ago is out the window.
If Margarito catches Manny, I think Margarito will come out on top. The guy is easily 20 lbs heavier, and hits very hard (even without plaster in his gloves, lol). And Manny has been knocked out by body shots before.
I think this will be a great fight. Margarito seems like a man on a mission, more so than any fighter in the last 2 years that have fought Manny.

I said, if he couldn't catch Manny, he wouldn't do anything. But it wasn't just that, Margarito must've gotten tips from De la Hoya because he stood there, threw an unbelievably minimal amount of punches, and basically took a beating. But just like the commentators said, it's time for Manny to fight young blood, not former champs.
The only reason Margarito didn't stop sooner because I think he wanted to prove he has a heart after that plaster tape scandal. He proved he has heart, but also that he can take a beating, lol.
 sure right Pacman just gave him a clinic and now Margiritos face looks like Rocky 2MortgageMan007Wow, you know, you nailed it right on the head. He did look just like that.
Nicely done  See yall in 3 years when Floyd finally decides to fight the Pacman.X360PS3AMD05
And I have been saying for the past 2 years this is Gayweathers plan. To try and hope Pacman has one to many wars and looses a step and then Fraudweather will coming out screaming and demanding the fight when he thinks Pacman is not in his prime anymore. A fight 3 years from now is not a good fight it has to happen now in Pacmans prime.

I agree, I hope floyd would man up and fight the pacman next yeari didn't watch this match and i'm only slightly familiar with boxing. so lemme ask you this - is it safe to say that Pac, by claiming a record 8th weight class title, is now the world's best pound for pound boxer alive and also one of the best ever lived, even without fighting and winning Mayweather? this statement has actually been voiced by the media and i'd like to hear what you think.
Best ever this era no doubt, really not even close. Where have you been? I realize you say that you don't really follow boxing, but Pacquiao has been widely considered the #1 pound for pound boxer in the world for the past several years. He was named boxer of the decade. Both said that if he were to retire today he would be a top 10 fighter OF ALL TIME. that's good to hear. didn't want to be too hasty with judgement that's all. occasionally i've come across rankings which actually put Pacquiao below Mayweather, like thisand this. that's why i asked.
