MLB 2k9 will be saved soon!!!!

k, every1 trashed this game even myself because of the online play. Right now its easy hitting homeruns. If you throw it anywhere in the strikezone and your opponent is aiming up on the left stick then its an automatic homerun. Also there is a second base glitch where it is easy to pick ppl off even if there not taking a lead. There is also a 1st baseban glitch where you throw the ball perfectly and the 1st baseman takes his foot off the bag.

all of these glitches and more will be fixed with a patch on pre opening day according to 2ksports. Here is the link if you guys wanna read about it.

hate to tell you dude but even after all of these glitches are fixed, 09 the Show is still gonna be wayyyyy better:D

year mvp baseball might be coming out which is 100x better than the show and 2k

The Madden games teached us a good lesson: It doesnt matter if your game is good or not, as long as you market it well enough, its going to sell well anyway.

i dont think the entire MVP Baseball team is still even together first of all, secondly, MVP Baseball if and when it does come back wont be perfect out of the gate.....they never made a 360/PS3 baseball engine.

It also showed us that having a sports game only available for 1 console with direct competition with a similar multiplat sports game will result is fewer sales overall.

If MLB09 was sold on the 360 too, it would have double the sales of the PS3 version.

Even with those patches, the game will still be trash. I made the mistake of buying 2K8 last year. Thankfully, they released a 2k9 demo this year, and the first impression was more than enough to sway me away from it.

mlb 2k9 cant be saved....and they have 3rd party rights until MLB 2k12 lol
