One of the few times you'll ever see Fedor make a mistake.

Yeah, maybe now people will get off Anderson Silva's ass. He just waits for them to get up and plays with them, but he wins. Fedor would've won if he played it like that, easily.

Fedor could be beat ..... why you think he's scared of the UFC ?? He could get beat buy half a dozen UFC heavyweights.

And it begins. Of course he can be beat, but he lost because he made a mistake, think he was hurt more than he was. Fedor easily out classes every HW in the UFC.

It's very true. Hopefully Fedor follows Silva's example and doesn't get put in that position again.

Fedor is still the best heavyweight out there. He was careless and got caught.

Fedorjust lost to Werdum in a minute. There are several HW's in the UFC better than Werdum.

I don't know why everyone still acts like he would destroy every HW the UFC has to offer. This is coming from a Fedor fan.

That one guy who left UFC?X360PS3AMD05

He got canned after going 2-2 in the UFC. He's definitely good enough to fight in the UFC but he wouldn't be close to the best HW. Bigfoot Silva gave him fits.

MMA math doesn't work. Werdum won because Fedor did something stupid, that wouldn't happen again.

Exactly, that's it.

He hasn't beaten a very good heavyweight in years. There's no way to know that he's currently the best heavyweight in the world, especially coming off of a loss to Werdum.

I love when people say this. All the people he beat were the ones UFC fans were saying he was dodging while in Pride (Sylvia, Pit Bull). But after he beat them then they are no ones. UFC has almost no established fighters that he hasn't already beaten. They have a guy who should have never got a title chance (Brock) and an up and coming fighter (Carwin). He isn't missing anything by not fighting in the UFC.

Tim Sylvia lost to a washed up boxer in under 10 seconds shortly following his fight with Fedor. Arlovski has obviously completely lost it. Overeem made Rogers look like a child.

Brock, Carwin, Mir, Velasquez and JDS are all better than anybody Fedor has fought recently.

Until Fedor fights and beats them, then they're washed up. This tiring excuse is nothing new.

I wouldn't say they're better than Fedor, it looked like Fedor just underestimated his opponent. He took Werdum to lightly, he wouldn't do that against any big name UFC guys. Fedor could go up against any of those guys and put a good fight on, probably beat a few of them.

I didn't say those guys were head and shoulders better than Fedor. It's just ridiculous that some people take it as a slap in the face to say that some of UFC's heavies could hang with Fedor.

Funny you mention that since I remember all the articles and stories about Dana and Sylvia calling Fedor out in 2007 (even after Randy beat him if I am correct), stating how the size and reach would give Fedor big problems and show how overrated he was, yada-yada. Someone mentioned this on another forum (I think the UG); if Brock stayed with K-1 instead of going to the UFC and Carwin signed with SF, along with Cain staying with SF, and you had Fedor fight them and beat them, but you had someone like Brett Roger at the top of the UFC HW chain, Dana would proclaim him the best and say guys like Brock were nothing more than a freakshow WWE star matchup, Cain overrated rookie, and so on.
