Two more games till week 1 is over.
The first match up will be very intertesting to watch. I'm picking the Ravens to win on the road.
The second match up I'm picking the Chargers.

First matchup is a toughie but I'll go with the Ravens coming out with the W.
Chargers will probably win the second matchup.
What a bonehead move by Sanchez. The QB is the first player on the field that must be aware of down and distance.
I love that a ref throws a flag for offensive holding on the Ravens... and then the head Official makes an announcement... 'there is no penalty for Offensive Holding'. Then WHY was the flag thrown in the first place?
NFL Officiating could be the worst and biggest joke of any sport. Jets Secondary needs to wake up already! TURN AROUND and find the ball!
God damn Sanchez. Stop checking down the ball so fast!!! Schottenheimer and his bs play calling. DAMN IT ALL!

The hits are in his head. He lost more and more trust in his blockers as the game wore on.

I think it has more to do with Schotty's playcalling. He did that with Favre in 2008, Sanchez in 2009, and once again tonight.
one of the most frustrating games I have watched. Jets fan or not, I was hoping to say that this was a good game, but I cant. Too many damn penalties and WTF, I thought Chad Pennginton left years ago. What is up with all these stupid small throws? Attack the damn corners, thats what I thought the JETS were going to do, but no, small baby plays. Brian Schottenheimer needs to kick rocks. I have no idea why he is still the offensive coordinator.
As a JETS fan am I mad? Hellz yes. Do I do think the season is over? Hell no :|. Now, lets go eat a goddamn snack...
[QUOTE="SaintBlaze"]My brother is in the same situation. Shonn Greene never really got that many carries and he screwed himself up with that dropped pass and fumble.Well, Shonn Greene might have just cost me this week in fantasy. :(

Yup. I'm not even sure if I should start him next week.
Thank you Jamal Charles... he might save me this week, if he can do more damage... unlikely though... rough fantasy week.
BTW, Mark Sanchez can't play. He was horrid.
I wouldnt say Sanchez cant play, since I think tonight most of the blame should go to the offensive coordinator (Brian Schottenheimer) that is calling all the BS. The Ravens have nobody in their secondary, yet we get calls that are check downs, dump it here and there while only getting 5 yards. Dont make no sense. Sanchez has an arm, the Jets have receivers, yet I think there was only 2 long throws in the game. Ok fine, the Ravens are good at stopping the run but damn, what is the point of calling run play after run play and throwing for 2 or 3 yards knowing their secondary is weak? My head hurts :(Thank you Jamal Charles... he might save me this week, if he can do more damage... unlikely though... rough fantasy week.

It wasnt a matter of playcalling, when there's a checkdown, that simply means that guys going deep werent open. So he was forced to check it down over and over again.
Yeah I wasn't expecting it either.Kansas City is playing better then I thought they would.
They are now up 14-7.

My friend is in a survivor pool this season. Put down $100 to join. Week 1 pick? The Chargers. He's flipping out right now

The problem is that he was looking for the checkdown too fast. Schotty either needs to go for his crap playcalling these past 2-3 years or take the gloves off Sanchez. I know he wants to play conservatively, but jesus christ man.
