Your thoughts?
I am surprised.

Makes sense because the legion of Yankee fans that voted "positive" for their team helped out weigh the negative votes. I guess even Indian fans hate their team, hence why they scored so low. It's not about which team has the most people that hate them, but "whether consumers have positive, negative or neutral reactions to brands". ESPN's title is misleading.
Except that ESPN had nothing to do with that formula.lol that poll is worthless, ESPN has no idea of what they're doing.

Im surprised it aint the orioles with an owner that doesn't care a manager that is unlucky and a team that never wins it is a joke that they don't even play AAA baseball levels
I don't hate the Yanks. Why hate a team because they're winners? They play the right way and they're always classy. The Mets, Red Sox, and Cubs are so much more hateable tha the Yankees.-Halftime-
Sounds exactly like Duke but they are the most hated team in all of college sports
Im not a Yankee fan but i dont hate NY. I do hate the Red Sox, all Boston sports for that matter. They have the most smug fans
that think they're so damn special. They have one of the highest payrolls in baseball and have 3 championships in the past 80 or so years.
Pathetic
We didn't always have the highest payroll in baseball.Im not a Yankee fan but i dont hate NY. I do hate the Red Sox, all Boston sports for that matter. They have the most smug fans

It makes sense to me. I don't understand why a lot of people don't get it? People say they hate the Yankees, but on the other hand, whenever the team visits another team, that team immediately sees ratings rise, seats filled and prices go up. It's the same with tv ratings, you can say you hate the yankees all you want, but the ratings tell a different story. Get over with how you may feel the yankees over spend. They are playing within the rules and are paying luxury taxes like crazy, whereas other teams who have billionaire owners refuse to spend the luxury tax revenue they receive or even their own revenue back to the team.
That's great they get the ratings, well yah i am thankful for one thing, the Yankers playing the Dodgers has made a new 7 game mini-plan to get rid of the tickets and i'm going to be picking one up soon, besides that yes i hate them and Boston not so far behind. ESPN has some of the blame though for giving them so much attention. X360PS3AMD05
but see, we are special and we are better than other fans, fact. we cant help that boston had the most epic decade in all of sports history, and even though we havnt had a championship here in a while, just about every team continues to make the playoffs. with that much success, your pretty much entitled to do and say anything you want at the expense of pissing off other lame fans that will most likely never experience such greatness.Im not a Yankee fan but i dont hate NY. /this ends my sarcastic rant about w.e it was i was trying to do.
Why shouldn't they give them the attention when all they do is give ESPN high ratings as well? Should they focus on other teams the majority do not care about? ESPN had nothing to do with it.
They still wrote that dumb title for that article.
I'm surprised the Indians are the most hated! They suck! Why would a lot of people hate them? I thought it would be the Yankees followed by the Red Sox, not the Indians followed by the Red Sox! I will say I was pleasantly surprised to see the Giants and A's as the most liked teams in baseball! Yeah!
It really shouldn't matter. Just like any true fan of a team in any sport, a true fan of them doesn't care if you hate them. This poll is pointless because in no way does it make a difference for anything.
