Kuyt is a legend, really good guy apparently. Kanu is the same-he has started up a charity in Nigeria and gives 30% of his wages to it. There are some great guys in sport, and some utter £^&7". I have a mate who is a sports cameraman, and he says that David Beckham is apparently the nicest sportsman that he has ever met. And that Kevin Pietersen is the least pleasant. Really arrogant and a bit of a bully.

Yeah, but some people don't like him because of that "golden boy" reputation. I think the most likable athlete in all of sports is Brett Favre because he is a fierce competitor who is a sure hall of famer and just goes about his business everyday and doesn't run his mouth off.

I can't stand Favre, I can't explain why, but they guy just gets on my nerves. And having to think for 6 months about whether he's going to retire and effectively holding his team hostage doesn't help either. Personally I say Steve Nash, Chris Bosh, Vernon Wells (though I thought he'd sign for a tad less money than 126 million), Joe Sakic, and even though he's retired, Steve Yzerman.
For Hockey, I guess Bobby Orr and Wayne Gretzky. For Football, honestly, in my opinion, Dan Marino. Basketball its Michael Jordan. Baseball....hrmmmm......maybe Mariano Rivera. I wish I could say a non-Yankee, but its hard cause I'm biased, lol.
