NBA All-Star Ballot : Who's missing?

So I was going through the list and was wondering who should be there.

I came up with a few names :

Chris Kaman (who's like, 22-9 since the season began)

Tyreke Evans and Brandon Jennings (great, great rookies)

Shane Battier

Joakim Noah

J.R. Smith

I'm not saying they should be all-stars, but they should be in the ballot, at the very least. Except Kaman, who is obviously an all-star.

Who should NOT be on there :

Guards : Chris Duhon /TJ Ford / Jason Kidd (not anymore...)

Centers : Kendrick Perkins /Andris Biedrins /Antonio McDyess / Brad Miller

Forwards : Anderson Varejao

I don't understand how they put Brad Miller on the ballout and not Joakim. Brad isn't even starting. Madness!
