What young players do you think will improve and become great or get close to it next year? Watch out for Kevin Durant as he hasn't peeked, also Joakim Noah should be good and Derrick Rose will hopefully improve. Brandon Roy will improve as well.

i think joakim will be great next year. he didn't start this year off right but since the all star break he's been huge. hopefully rose can work on his defense and protecting the ball. kevin love i think is going to be great as well. and maybe oden will step up.im_mr_brownSeriously what is up with Oden? He looks so lost. He's a foul machine.
lol Noah will forever be a role player. Devin Harris and Brook Lopez are gonna rip ish up next year and we will still miss the playoffs YES!!NetYankEagleHave you seen Noah in the playoffs? AMAZING!
I think Deron Williams (who is already considered a great player) will finally be an all-star pick this next year. He is already one of the top PG's in the game but I think he will finally be an all-star pick.

i don't know what this whole Joakim Noah is going to be great comes from. He doesn't have the skills to be great and he never will. But he could have aTyson Chandler kind of career. Now if that is considered "great" than i guess it is what it is. His game is IDENTICAL to Chandler's. A tall linky guy who runs the floor, can block shots, rebound andcatch ally oops and offensive rebound put backs. The guy will never have the type of game where you dump it down to him on the block and let him go to work, won't happen. When all the NBA draft analyst say your biggest attribute is YOUR ENERGY, that's saying a lot about your basketball skills, or lack their of. Back to the question Kevin Durant will be an All Star and maybe if Sacramento can make some moves Kevin Martin will get the respect he deserves cause he puts up numbers on everyone

Noah is fun to watch, because he is always hustling and seems to always try his hardest. The fact of the matter is, the guy has bad hands and is terribly clumsy most of the team.(though he drove that ball down court pretty easily past Pierce). I think Lamarcus Aldridge could really explode into something great, he seems to be developing a KG esque jumper.senses_fail_06The effort should help him a lot. Rose is a turnover machine, but both should improve.
If Andrew Bynum can stay healthy for the entire season then I'd say he's up for improvement. I also really think Glen Davis will get up there as well; he's been amazing so far in the playoffs hitting big shots. And then there's Michael Beasly who had an amazing run near the end of the season. He could be the 6th man of the year next year.Yagr_ZeroI don' think Davis will be all that great next year. I think it's just the Bulls horrible defense that's making him look good. They're making Rondo look like a God out there. I blame Vinny and his bad defensive schemes.
Bargnani. He's been averaging close to 20 PPG since becoming the starting C for Toronto (that's more than half the season if I remember correctly), he just needs to work on his rebounding (grab an extra 2 boards a game), and he'll be a top 5 centre in the league. Also look out for Roy, I think he could be in some MVP discussions.

top 5 center in the league....as in west and east.Bargnani. [QUOTE="UssjTrunks"]top 5 center in the league....as in west and east. I'd say the entire league. If not, then definitely top 10. I can see him being the best after Howard in the East (unless Brooks becomes a beast next year).Bargnani. 1. Dwight Howard 2. Yao Ming 3. Shaquille O'Neal 4. Andrew Bynum 5. Zydrunas ??? (Cavs center) 6. Marcus Camby 7. Brad Miller 8. Tyson Chandler 9. Bargnani Also, on NBA.com Amare Stoudamire is listed as a Center, however, due to Shaq being on the team, he plays as a PF. So he would be number 3 if you count himtmacscores91

At this point Bargnani is no different than Troy Murphy.... I'd take someone like David Lee over him as well. Defense is half the game and Bargnani plays none of it... I don't care how well you can shoot if you can't D up.
I say Anthony Randolph of the Warriors. Kid (I mean that literally) is a rebounding machne when he gets to start or, at the very elast, gets major minutes off the bench. He also has a good mid-range jumpshot to complement his inside scoring. He's tall, lanky and can run the floor. He's still growing into his body so I can see him gaining some more muscle and strenght in a year or so to help him bang down low. He can play either PF or Center and even Small Forward.
1. Danny Granger
2. Kevin Durant
3. Brandon Roy
4. Derrick Rose
5. Al Jefferson
that's my all-improved team for next year
