You know as well as I do KG is never going to win the big one with the Twolves and its just time to move on.  It reminds me of Iverson's situation and it comes down to one thing and that is that bball is team game and one man can't win it all but Iverson almost did a few years ago with the 76ers.

KG should but he has to much pride to do it. If I were the T-Wolves I'd do whatever I can to get a top 2 pick in this years draft and some young players in return for KG.

Well Iverson did get to a finals with the Sixers in 2001, if KG can convince the management to get talent around him it could be possible for KG to get there. But yeah I agree it's time for him to leave.

and then Iverson and sixter got dominated in the finals. timberwolves need better players around KG if that doesn't happen he should move on.

He should have moved on a year or two ago. The Timberwolves just don't look like they are going to win it big any time soon. KG is the only good player in Minny and it has been like that for years...

I hope he comes to New Jersey, him and Carter would be a great duo. If Kidd does end up getting traded before the deadline, I would really like to see the Nets make a strong push for KG this upcoming offseason.

I heard from the NBA analyst that if KG were to leave most likely it will be this summer and the team they think he will most likely go to are the Lakers

He should but he have too much pride. As far as I see if he could have not done it with Marbury and he could not have done it in 04 with Spree and Sam aka E.T. what makes him think he can do it with the core he got.

Don't forget RJ, the Nets would dominate.

KG is the best PF in the NBA, hes the reason the Twolves are doing...alright. KG should leave unless the Wolves are able to draft one of those two outstanding freshmen in the NCAA, he just needs one or two better players around him, then they would be a playoff caliber team

What team could offer a good trade for someone like KG? This isn’t a guy like Iverson whose issues drive down the price. I can’t imagine a team offering up a good deal for KG and still having enough left over to be competitive in the next few years.

If KG isn’t going to ask for a trade he does need to talk to the owner about getting a new GM.  The GM has to go for that team to make the right moves to win.

How about to the Celtics for this years first, Al Jefferson and one or two bums. Pierce isn't getting any younger and this trade would make them instant title contenders.

The Miami Heat and LA Lakers should have really gone after KG.  This guy isn't going to get any better than he right now, and that is pretty impressive.  The Heat should have done it, because shaq isn't going to last much longer, and the rest of the team is more spare parts.  All you really need is D-Wade and KG together, and then throw a bunch a rookies and team players around them.  Eastern Conference Champs!

Or the Lakers could have used alot of the player's that support Kobe every night and gotten KG.  These two men are at their best right now and you can't really afford to pass on something like that can you?

Anyone else come up with something that would work better?  Fill us in!

KG deserves a change of scenery, it's never fun to watch a HOF-er waste away due to poor team management.

But as a Celtics fan, it would be very tough to give up on Al Jefferson, who the team has been grooming since high school and at 22 years old is currently putting up nearly as productive numbers as KG would for a fraction of the cost. Having 2 max salaries would handicap Celtics management to resign their younger players or bring on any other kind of complimentary talent. And if they get a top 2 pick in the draft, I'd rather watch this team grow up together than give up on Durant/Oden to take on an aging but still amazing KG for just 1-2 seasons (his contract is up in 2008-2009 and he can opt out before that). I would give up anything but Jefferson, including our 2007 #1 outside of the top 2. Who knows, depending on the offers out there it could be enough. This will be an interesting offseason.

I think KG should go and will go in the next 6 months. The Wolves saw how the Sixers handled it with Iverson and it worked out. So KG will be out, and the Wolves should het something good in exchange.
