[QUOTE="duxup"]It is a bummer I won't see it (Comcast) but at the same time I can understand why Comcast doesn't want to put it on the regular cable service like the NFL wants them to. Why make everyone pay for a network that has what, one, maybe two events a year worth watching? :PJust_Osmo
Here's just some of the programs NFL Network offers:
8 regular season prime time NFL games on Thursday & Saturday Nights
52 NFL preseason games
98 NFL game replays 5 a week each week throughout the season
NFL Classic Games in their original broadcast form
Past Super Bowls in their entirety
Live week long Super Bowl coverage from the host city
Live week long Pro Bowl coverage
Live NFL Draft coverage, plus the most extensive access leading up to the Draft.
Exclusive live NFL Scouting Combine coverage, the annual job interview process for incoming NFL hopefuls
Exclusive mini camp and training camp specials
Plus It costs only 2 cents per subscriber a day for cable companies to offer NFL Network. Yet right now you have to pay on most cable companys who even HAVE it around 10$ a month to have the football package which it is in.
That all adds up to maybe three or four times I want to watch it. I like football but I don't see any reason everyone should have to pay for that channel.
