Do you know that to watch the Packers Cowboys game you have to have NFL Network because this is where it will be airing? I just found that out and to my suprice Charter does not carry the NFL Network. Im kinda pissed and went to www.iwantmynflnetwork.com

and filled out a quick little form and they Faxed my cable company for me to complain.

If you don't have the channel then I'd recomend doing the same.

They were talking about it today on ESPN. Even our govenor was annoyed by it as well here in wisconsin. Did hear little while ago one of our local channels is going to broadcast it... they've done it in the past with games on espn.

They've got NFL Network on campus, so I'll be watching there. I feel bad for all those people who are going to miss it though.

I pretty sure I read on Tuesday Morning Quarterback that cable won't carry the NFLNetwork because the NFL won't let anyone else except DirectTV have NFL Sunday Ticket. Basically, the NFL and Cable are pissed at each other.

Yeah that sucks. For those of you in the surrounding Dallas-Ft. Worth area without the NFL network, the game can also be seen on KDFI 27.

I never noticed I did not have the NFL Network tbh. Im complaining because I want the channel for future games, I'm not upset because of one game.

I was pissed off when comcast removed it earlier this year, but now I really don't care. Yeah it sucks that I'll miss this game, but I I'm not paying for this channel just for one game. Besides even when the niners play (in two weeks?) I'll still get to see it on local television.

It is a bummer I won't see it (Comcast) but at the same time I can understand why Comcast doesn't want to put it on the regular cable service like the NFL wants them to. Why make everyone pay for a network that has what, one, maybe two events a year worth watching? :P

I'm a huge cowboys fan, I bit the bullet and ordered the NFL Network (solely for this game). Did the same thing for the Boys vs. Falcons game last year.

Here's just some of the programs NFL Network offers:

8 regular season prime time NFL games on Thursday & Saturday Nights

52 NFL preseason games

98 NFL game replays 5 a week each week throughout the season

NFL Classic Games in their original broadcast form

Past Super Bowls in their entirety

Live week long Super Bowl coverage from the host city

Live week long Pro Bowl coverage

Live NFL Draft coverage, plus the most extensive access leading up to the Draft.

Exclusive live NFL Scouting Combine coverage, the annual job interview process for incoming NFL hopefuls

Exclusive mini camp and training camp specials

Plus It costs only 2 cents per subscriber a day for cable companies to offer NFL Network. Yet right now you have to pay on most cable companys who even HAVE it around 10$ a month to have the football package which it is in.

It's just retarded that they don't all have this channel.

I get the NFL Network channel in HD from Comcast just for signing up for HD programming, but I recently signed up for the sports package that includes the NFL Network because they finally started to air the NHL Network in the US.

I have DirecTV so no problem here. Skip Bayless might have gave Dallas Cowboys the kiss of death. He pick them to beat the Green Bay Packers tonight.

Yeah, the NFL Network isn't available on cable. It's pretty bogus, but I don't really care. I only miss a handful of games every year, and the NFL are the ones shooting themselves in the foot here. They claim that cable didn't want their channel, but that's BS. They bargain as if Scott Boras is their agent.

Pre-game is on now and the teams are warming up. They are going to honor the 77 and 92 teams at halftime. Everyone's there. Darren Woodson, Troy Aikman, it's going to be a great game!

The nfl is being an idiot right now. They're putting the most improtant game of the season on a channel that most fans don't have.

Obviously the NFL is about profit, but whats the profit in not letting the fans watch the game? It means less income from commercials for them. And so, as I said, they are idiots.

It's not video of the actual game. It's just play by play of what's happening. Kind of hard to explailn.

It was a weird game last night. I didn't understand why Favre was going deep down the field as much as he did last night when all of the medium and short range passes were moving the chains. He gets injured and Rodgers comes in and had a decent game in his place.

But what was the most annoying thingabout the game was listening to Bryant Gumbel do the play by play. Oh man, he was horrible. He can't do the job at all. Did anyone noticed when he said that Marion Barber was the "heart of the Packers offense?" Huh!? He made another blunder just before the game too.
