Here are a few:
Packers- Aaron Kampman is on the trading block. He is just not a good fit in Dom Capers scheme. If they used him more like they used DeMarcus Ware or Shawne Merriman(when he was on the juice), he would be making more of an impact. But the guys is dropping back into coverage more than he is attacking the QB. The team desperately needs an offensive tackle. They did resign Mark Tauchser, but he is 102 years old and on a bad knee. Some have said Joe Thomas from the Browns, but I am not sure about that one. I do think that the Packers could get David Stewart from the Titans. The team has almost no pass rush, and since the depend of the front for getting pressure, Kampman would be a great fit. He could put his hand back on the ground where it belongs and help keep double teams off of Kyle VandenBosch.
Raiders- they are having a fire sale. Link. So who goes? Krik Morrison is a lock to go if they find a deal, as is Robert Gallery, although I doubt they can foist his contract on anybody. Of course, the GM has already said the "young guys with lots of talent" are safe, and I am sure he means Russell, McFadden and Heyward-Bey.
Chargers- Shawne "Steriods" Merriman is on the way out. Larry English has out performed him, and Merriman has worn out his welcome. The team really needs a running back or a right tackle. LenDale White is available I am sure, but I don't think Tennessee wants anything to do with Merriman. Maybe Clinton Portis? Speaking of Portis...
Redskins- Portis nearly got his ass knocked out by Mike Sellers, and the coaching staff has gotten real tired of his act. Link. He is starting to look old, but maybe the team can foist him off on someone before he takes the Shaun Alexander carrer arc.
