They actually faced the 3 best teams in the NBA in 5 days, which had a combined record of approximately 362-9 (well actually they're 121-28, but you get the point).

Kobe-LeBron combined for 113 points against them in a single week.

And fans are actually cheering for the opponents... (All 3 games were at home)

It ain't that bad since they're only 1.5 game behind 8th spot and have a legitimate shot at the playoffs.

But man, what a week it must have been for New York players....

I've said it before, and I say it again, Its embarrassing when the national attention for your favorite team is "how many points can (insert star player's name) rack up against them at home this week?" Unfortunately...........that team being talked about is my favorite team. Why Knickerbockers Why!?!??!?!

I'm a New Yorker and sadly yes they did cheer. Its really sad how low Isiah made the franchise go to make the fans cheer for opposing teams.

Lost all three, but against the 3 best, played well enough to be competitive. By the final scores, lost to LA by 9, Cle by 5, and Bos 10(which the knicks had a 4 point lead in the 4th)

Playing Los Angeles, Cleveland, and Boston all in one week would be hard for any team

I love the reaction of the Knicks. "yeah we lost, but we didn't get complete blown out in each game, so we're happy." How bad are things when your proud of losing?

Well with how bad they've been in recent years, to be competitive against such high level opponents is a good step. Heck, they've not even that far from the 8th playoff spot.

I do not see the Knicks being a good team anytime soon. They better be praying for a miracle.

But compared to the days of Oakley and Ewing and Starks, those guys would've been livid whether they lost 100 to 1 or 100 to 109. I'm a Knick fan whose still remembers the days when the only thing that kept them from a Championship was Michael Jordan. I know there are FINALLY steps in the right direction, so I appreciate that, but losing still sucks. And lets not mistake anything, though this team is playing better, its still a bad team. The Rangers are now making the same mistakes at the Knicks did, by handcuffing the team with awful contracts to players who aren't that good. What is it about MSG and not being able to manage under salary caps? (Dolan is just PART of the problem).

Yeah the Knicks are still a bad team. Not that they could be worse than last year, but it's good to see an improvement. I don't think they like losing though. Well if they are there's a problem. I think they're proud of being competitive, which is, as you put it, a step in the right direction.

"Best 0-and-3 week I think I ever had," David Lee said.
