Position Battles for Madden 10 ?

Does anyone know if EA changed the Superstar mode in '10? It would be nice if they made your superstar earn his way up the depth chart instead of being handed the starting role.

I haven't heard anything but I do agree they should actually make you earn your position. Or at least have an option if you do want to start automatically.
