what an idiot assuming this injury could really take a toll on him later on . He didnt want to look like Jay Cutler and was tired of everyone getting on his case so he went out there and played through what was said to be a punctured lung in a week 2 game against the 49ers. Very stupid imo :?

EDIT : Other articles say he knew of an injury to the ribs but not the punctured lungs then. Even with knowing that, coming back is still stupid imo. It would be even more stupid if the Cowboys start him next week.

Maybe Romo should intentionally puncture his lung before every game, he didn't give the game away with a punctured lung.

He has played pretty good IMO so far this season, outside of the pick to Revis and struggling after the miss FG early yesterday, I haven't seen many of mistakes.

I freaking love it. This guy can't win. Had he not come back and played he would have been criticized for not coming back out, not having heart, and not having the leadership. I tell you this guy will never ever be seen as a good QB to people and it's a shame to.

I won't question his toughness after this. But it's things like this that are the reason why people are still calling out Jay Cutler for tapping out of a game for an "injury" that didn't require any surgery. And that was with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.

I see Romo in a whole new light. I liked him before and thought that he was a good QB but now he is like a Spartan!!
