Trade a first rounder for a 2nd round pick? If thats the best they could get, then thats pretty sad. It would be funny if they use that pick to get another CB.
Pretty good trade. Get the 36th overall pick for a player who doesn't want to play for you anymore. The Falcons now have 3 picks in the top 36. Nice way to start rebuilding.

ya he hasn't worked out a contract with the raiders yet so this isn't final yet. but i hope it does go down because then it would really help the raiders
I'm not sure I like this deal. I think Hall is overrated and the Raiders are giving up too many picks to get him. But maybe a change of scenery will get Hall back to the way he played his first two seasons.
As far as I'm concerned this works out for the falcons, because Hall is an overrated loud mouth. All he does is talk and do more talking and then he gets burned all the time.
jeez, Al Davis spends money like theres no Cap. As excited as Raider fans are excited about this, the type of contracts being handed out by the Raiders is what PREVENTS the Raiders from building into a respectable team again.
Anywho, I think its a good trade for the Falcons. That team NEEDS a change in demeanor and a new attitude and image. No more bad personalities. Fill it with good, mentally stable players with a winning attitude. Not to mention, with all the young guys that'll be coming in, do you really want a guy like DeAngelo Hall going after them, or influencing them?
