Good lord I have been waiting for this game for a week that has felt like a year. I think the Cowboys will win a very good game.

Throw both games from last year out the window. When New York won, the Cowboys were Romo-less, and it was in the Meadowlands. When Dallas won, the Giants did not have Jacobs, Burress (which they still don't), and it was at Dallas, plus the Giants had the division just about wrapped up.

I think that if the Cowboys can stop the run that they will be alright on defense. They struggled last week against the Bucs, but at the same time the Giants had trouble running it.

I don't think that the Giants offenselooked too great last week. They had trouble converting for TD in the "green-zone."

It is hard to tell how the Cowboys did seeing how they playeda lot of busted up coverage and scored mostly on bigpass plays. The Cowboys didn't get great pass protection against the Bucs, and it will be much more difficult against the Giants.

Injuries on the Giants could hurt them quite a bit.

I think the Cowboys win the grand opening of Jerry Land 21-17.

Fair enough although he is 4-1 against the G-Men.

I think Eli needs Plax a lot more than Romo needed TO. I see a high scoring game both ways, can't see Dallas losing though, too many weapons on offense.

How in the world do they fit 105,000 in there that's insane! I can just imagine what a renovated Rose Bowl would look like.

would of been a close game but since like 6 guys are out for the giants i think the cowboys could pull one out in dallas. i still think jacobs runs for 100+ yards and deds like 5 people.

I'm picking the Giants but it will be a very close game. It will be all about pressuring the QB which both teams have an excellent pass rush. Either way I hate both but seeing the Cowboys lose there home opener would be funny.

Giants win. Very close game but those turnovers were costly for the Cowboys. Lol at the Cowboys losing it's opener for there new stadium.

-4 T.O. Margin is what kills. I don't understand why they don't run the ball more. Had their way when they stuck to it.

Because Jason Garrett is an idiot. I don't know why so many people thought he'd actually try to run the ball this year.

Exactly. We should be like the Falcons. I mean everyone knows their running the ball and they still manage 150yds. Romo shouldn't be throwing that much the way he turns the ball over.

I understand this pretty much sums up why they lost, but they were leading 31-30 with a minute in half left in the game despite the turnovers. Even with Tony Romo playing horrible last night, that doesn't scare me. What scares is the defensive secondary, its terrible. Eli Manning had a field day with this defense. He picked them apart hard core and on top of it, it was not Burress that killed them, but some called Smith and Manningham, are you kidding me?! This team needs a lot of work. Tony needs to start learning how to manage the game. We all know he can make big plays and has the talent. He just can't manage a game for some reason. I don't know what it is. He has yet to show that he can consistently manage a game without turning the ball over.

I wish Romo would not be afraid to run the ball like he used to. That is why he was so dangerous. Honestly, it is had to swallow the loss, but we were up 31-30 in the final minutes even though 3 of the 4 turnovers put the giants in FG range and a TD. Put it simply, the Cowboys dominated the game for the most part, Romo layed an egg, and it is hard to get a stop at the end when your d is on the field so long. And didn't it seem like the giants were just meant to win? the weird pick off the foot, the amazing td reception where the ball bounced right to him, the terrible holding call on third and long for the giants, and to top it all off, on the last drive, 3rd down, eli throws behind his reciever initially, but one of your d linemen tips it at the line straight to him. at the end of the day, tough loss, but cowboy fans, the final score of 33-31 on a last second FG and 4 tos should say something good to you.

The loss still hurts. I see all the reasons to be optimistic. But everytime they lose... I just think about it all week up until the next game. Gosh Monday can't come soon enough.
