So, has anyone forgotten about the ProBowl?

Seriously, I dont know if anyone actually watches/pays attention to this event anymore. What reminded me was a visit to NFL.com. If I didnt visit, I would of totally forgotten about the ProBowl tomorrow night. But will I watch anyway? No. The NFL should just get rid of the event and instead add more weeks to the season :P

I don't even know what time it's on, but since the Kings game isn't on TV i'll be checking it out for the first time. As for more weeks, you have to go through a mess of players wanting more money, more roster spots possibly due to injuries n such.

I'm not going to watch. I never do. I'm all for ridding it altogether, but I don't think that warrants more weeks to the season. The only change in terms of scheduling I wouldn't argue against is decreasing the preseason to two weeks.

I told my dad this morning, "I wish there was some football on today." To which he replied, "But the Pro Bowl is on today." I sat for a second, then just laughed. Probably the most useless event in all of sports.

I forgot that it was today, the only time I remembered it was on was when someone brought it up at work.

It was all right. Wish EA Sports would bring back team helmets during the Pro Bowl. That used to be fun!

Good game, some funny moments in it too.

Was weird though, some guys would hit the QB, others would let him go. Still fun to watch though.

I also love the mics they have on the players. Gives you an idea of everything they are looking at and noticing in the huddle and before the play.

I loved the part where Aaron Rogers called a play and one of the receivers asked "Whats that?!" and Rodgers was like "It's a quick out!".

Ya, that was awesome lol. the guys were talking about that and how QBs should simplify their play calling. I listen to what they say and I'm just baffled.

It's the only football we have left til the Super Bowl. Because of this... I watched. The Good: -There was a bunch of TD's -Lot of Cowboys so had to root for certain players. The Bad: -Overall it was still boring. -Watching the O'line and D'line go at it half-way made it seem fake for me.

Well, if the Pro Bowl is going back to Hawaii next year, as I have heard it will be, they can't have it during the Super Bowl bye week. I mean, they could, but they can't expect and force the Super Bowl participants to attend. But consider that there were around 34 roster changes that were made for this game. With I believe 14 due to them being in the Super Bowl. I think that makes this game even more of a joke. Drew Brees did say this morning though, that a couple of the first timers on his team were somewhat disappointed that they couldn't play. Not that they would want to risk injury, but that the honor of being selected, but being unable to play because of the circumstance was a bit of a disappointment. I'll say this...This stunt has gotten people to talk about the game and I'm sure make some people watch, which is ultimately what the league was after.

Yah players going half speed was like wahhh.......like Rome said if they don't care, if the media doesn't care and if the fans don't care why not scrap it? I think it was the right move to force it on us a week before the super bowl but if that's the product on the field it will continue to be pointless....
