Oh God yes!

No one here has the guts to boot him even though he's proven to be a horrible manager of talent and schemes. If someone else thnks he's a treasure then by all means take him off our hands

Get rid of him and bring in some people who know real talent and how to make adjustments in the second half. The way the American team played this year was a disgrace from not being ready for matches to being so one dimensional in the second half of games.
