The Suns are making the Eastern conference look old and slow.
Which brings up another question: What kind of a difference will Shaq make?
Will the Suns actually be worse against the East now? Will Shaq be slowing them down?

Nash will still find the open man even in a 4 on 5. Phoenix has been getting killed on the boards as of late but they are still winning games. With Shaq now in place the Suns are my NBA favorites to win it all but we shall see once they stroll out the big man for the first time. Shaq has a giant chip on his shoulder right now. That could be devastating for opponents.
We might as well give the Suns the title now! (j/k) :P
Suns Depth chart to show how they can play on the court.
PG - Nash or Barbosa
SG - Bell or Barbosa
SF - Hill or Barbosa or Diaw
PF - Amare or Diaw
C - Shaq or Amare or Diaw or Skinner
They have Good backups for all positions and can match in all different ways but more importantly they have a real center which is what most teams in the League lack.

No...no...Diaw is too short, and you listed Barbosa in three different places and Diaw as well. Great DEPTH.

Do you remember Diaw playing center when Amare was out? Diaw can play SF, PF, or Center depending on who they are playing. Barbosa is the same. Sometimes you can have Bell, Nash and barbosa in at the same time. SO yes yes/

Really? I haven't seen the Suns since I live in NE, so all I see are Celtics game on FSN, but the point is you put Barbosa as a back-up in three different places and Diaw as well. How is that showing depth? If anything, it shows how thin they are if they have to rely on one guy (Barbosa, since Diaw is starting now with Shaq injured) coming off the bench for 40 minutes (is Barbosa even a bench player?) and one or two other guy playing 10 minutes. How is that DEPTH?

They have 8 deep and that is all Dantonie is going to play anyways. They have big men and not just power forwards this year.

YUP! :P
Shaq will help them in the playoffs when teams like the spurs or rockets (if they go) slow down the game for Yao or TD. Against Lakers or Mavs, they still have enough ammo without Marion to keep up offensively.
Also you know Shaq will be extra good if they go up against the lakers in the playoffs.
BTW Osmo, you should finish up the 19-0 thing like you said. Now it just looks incomplete.
as we seen SUNS r 1-3 vs the LAKERS and BUG CACTUS is doing his thing but LAKERS still drop 130+ i don't think a team in the west or east can stop KOBE with a bad hand wait till it heal and he get Bryum ALiza back hmm i doubt anyone can make a 7 game series against the lakersliljfreestyle
Just because they're doing good in the regular season doesn't mean they'll be good in the post season. I don't see them going all the way.
