UFC this Sat(5/8/10), who you got?

Anyone else excited about this Saturdays UFC event? I thought Shogun got robbed with his last bout against Machida, and it will be interesting to see how they approach this next fight. I'm actually picking Shogun with a TKO in the 2nd round on this one. I think Kimbo will KO Mitrione in the first round and Paul Daley will either KO Koscheck or stoppage due to a cut. Either way I can't wait!!

According to Dana White at the UFC press conference in Montreal Canada, the winner of the Koschek vs Daly fight will get a title shot against GSP. SoI guess that means no GSP vs Silva then.

all i know is that if shogun gets screwed like last time imma be so pissed off. Machida lost that fight. the judging was so awful they just let him win to make him get over as a fighter. machida needs to prove to me that he "earned" that victory the first time. go shogun is all i gotta say. xbox360isgr8t

Yeah, Shogun was definitely robbed. I honestly couldn't believe it when the judges gave the fight to Machida. Not to take anything away from Machida. I think he's a great fighter as well. The way he just tore through the 205lbs division was impressive. That being said he definitely did not beat Shogun in that first fight. I'm glad Dana White saw fit to give Shogun a rematch. Shogun all the way baby!

As for Koscheck he always seems to surpass my expectations of him. He's really evolved into a different fighter from the way he was in the first season of Ultimate Fighter. Back then all he did was wrestle, but he now he's got a stand-up game w/knockout power. I'd say Koscheck is gonna win because I always think he's gonna lose and he ends up winning.

No point in becoming a contender against gsp - no one will beat him - not those 2 guys anyways. Shogun is hopefully gonna kick butt this time - i like him much more. I have a feeling machida would be a really arrogant guy in real life.
