Anyone else watching the US Open? Amazing Round today. Tiger Woods playing with a REALLY BAD Knee, after almost every shot he is in visable pain and cant even look at his shots its so painful. He was 5 back from the lead earlier today and came back to take the lead with -3. He had 2 eagles today. one of the eagles being on the 18th. AMAZING. Round 4 is tommorow and I cant wait.

I want Tiger to win just because of whats going on with his knee. But I really was enjoying watching Rocco Mediate today.He was looking strong until the double bogey but he fixxed it up nice. I wont lie andsay I am a golf expect I am fairlynew to the golf sceen but I really enjoy watching it. I am amazed everytiem I watch it by what they can do with the ball.

golf is an awful sport for starters..it costs so much and you're guaranteed to be horrible when you begin. i've played probably 5rounds and never got anywhere near lower than 125. it's not like basketball where you can be bad and still do od things. when you suck at golf , you suckbad. which is why i never play anymore.

I agree that it's hard to get in to, especially if you start as an adult. I picked up it when I was around 20, and I'm still pretty bad 6 years later. But it's a great game, and I get better all the time. I can't golf as often as I like, but I still shoot around 105-110 even when I'm rusty. Hopefully I can break that 100 mark in a few months.

Tiger Woods is the best thing to happen to golf. Not everyone is a bandwagoner. People watch him because he is unbelievablely talented. nlike you they recognize greatness. It sounds like you have some personal issues or some vendetta against him. Also it's not that he's a prick to fans, but when he's golfing, he is in a zone and wants to stay concentrated.
Isn't even fair? Man, not even fair. Woods' ridiculous shots yesterday (like the one that bounces off the ground and gets in thanks to bouncing off the flag, too), and the ridiculous put shot that just made it in today, forcing a playoff tommorow.

Rocco has been one of the biggest breaths of fresh air the sport has seen in a long time, it's amazing he's been around the tour so long and has been unnoticed
That was an awesome finish. I was on the edge of my seat rooting for Tiger. Although my Dad wanted Rocco to when becuase he probably will never get another shot like this again. Did you see how close those two other puts Tiger almost put in. The U.S. would've ended if those would've went. I'm glad they didn't though I wanted it to keep on going.
i just got done watching it and man that was an amazing match between rocco and woods i was rooting for woods all the way....i love watching him and to be honest this was my first actual time watching a FULL golf match...it was intense with woods grimacing after ever tee off....and then sudden death....that match had it all...really good and i was happy woods won...he's amazing

Watching Tiger make amazing shots and huge putts against unbeliveable presure and this weekend on a hobbled knee isn't exciting to you? It's historic what we are watching him do. Think about Jack Nicklaus. He won his 14th major at age 35 and didn't win his 15th until he was 38. Tiger just won his 14th at age 32. Do you think he'll break Jacks record of 18? Looks pretty likely, and I'm not going to miss a shot of it. Jack's 18 is one of those historical sports numbers like Babe Ruth's 714 or Hank Aaron's 755. Numbers that were almost mythical. Numbers that we never thought would be broken. And for anyone to challenge them was something to behold.

I would have actually went to more days than just today b/c it would have been MUCH cheaper. Tiger has negatively affected people like me that were already golf fans before him.
