We played one of our worst games of the season and Vandy played their best. That #4 was lights out and as clutch as anybody could be. Our boy Lee Humphrey had a terrible game, he missed everything and Vanderbilt must've scored about 60 points on him alone.

Hopefully this will encourage our guys to step it up because recently we haven't been destroying the competition like we should. This will probably mean that the Gators will go down a spot or two in the rankings and tOSU (still overrated) may go to #1 or Wisconsin. Not that this matters, I'm sure no one wants to play our boys in March. We're still the most dangerous team in the league.

Vanderbilt is a pretty solid team, and I just wonder how Auburn managed to beat them. Anyways, Vandy rattled Florida and caused a bunch of turnovers, and Vandy played one of their best games. With that said, I still think Florida will repeat.

Coming from a huge Florida fan this loss is no suprise.  We had been cruising through the SEC with no one scaring us.  Eventually us not caring was going to get to us and, it finally happened.  I think we needed this loss before the SEC and NCAA tournament coming up.  I just hope we face Vandy in either tourny so they can see the real Florida team when they are actually playing for something.

I think he was mad at how Noah just rushed at him asking for the ball. He probably thought he wasn't being nice about it.

Maybe because the ball bounced to him.

I think this loss will help us. Our last few games we've been unfocused and this will teach us a lesson come SEC Tourney and March Madness hopefully. Can't let your head get too big and this brings us down to Earth.

I thought this might happen. It's not a huge deal. Florida will still retain a #1 seed come tournament time.

Yeah right, Noah is a thug (actually the whole team if full of thugs) more than likely Noah said something to the coach while he was holding the ball. Speaking of blatently assaulting I'm guessing you missed the Flordia player clock a vandy fan for rushing the court?

I still think UNC is a better, more talented team than Florida. UNC will get a #1 seed going into the tourney and will show how good they really are come March.

Brandon was protecting himself. Many people at the game confirm that the fans were attempting to grab the players. There is also a rule where fans are NOT ALLOWED to rush the court in the SEC.. so those students didn't belong there. There is nothing thuggish about anyone of those kids. They truly are some of the most humble and friendly kids at UF. IF Noah did say anything to the coach, that still does not give him the right to strike a player that way. There is no excuse for that embarrassing display by that coach.

Did you miss the game where Noah was about to fight a FEMALE cheerleader last year because she waved her pom poms at him?!?! I can't believe you people who have such a serious outlook on sports are saying it was alright for him to hit a man in the face for running into him :? . For the record no I haven't met them, I'm going by their oncourt behavior.

I can't really make any judgements on the reason he attacked the fan, as for the rule I find it stupid, major conferences have that stuff happen all the time in upsets, the only problem is it it's before the game ends.

As for the coach "Assualting" Noah, Noah goes straight at the guy, tries to strip the ball from him, and the coach knocks his hands down. How is that assualt on the coach's part?

I'm waiting for the stories you have for the other 11 players on our team now since you said the entire Florida Gator basketball team was full of thugs :| Please.

Where was this at?  I just remember him blowing kisses at cheerleaders because they called him ugly and said they would never date someone as ugly as him.

I have never been a Florida fan and doubt I ever will be.  I'm a Tennessee graduate, however, I think its ridiculous to say Noah was in the wrong in either situation that's been mentioned.  Noah seems like a stand up guy and Florida is fortunate to have him there.  Same can be said about Donovan, great coach and very classy.  Overall I think the loss to Vandy will help them in the SEC and NCAA tourney.  Final Four appearance at least, I'd like to think.

Stallings unfortunately is an ass and is a terrible representative for Vandy.  Still a great win regardless...

/waits for eminent Bruce Pearl bashing...

Tennesse, i hate em when we play them but the rest of the year i root for them.  Got a couple good Vol fans down here.  But anyway i love Bruce Pearl.  From his constentent sweating to painting his body orange.  He looks like hes just having fun.
