Michael Vick is really bad at playing quarterback. His dreams of a comeback are going to get shattered real quick when NFL teams figure out how to kill the Wildcat offense and he's back to missing wide open receivers, throwing balls right to defenders with no receiver in sight, and getting his head taken off by Jermaine Phillips like John Lynch always used to do to him.
dont forget was playing video games and chess with men in prison for two years.Michael Vick is really bad at playing quarterback. I guess you didn't see him play today, he looked like complete **** . Unless you're being sarcastic... lets see he hasnt played in like 20 months, it was a preseason game, and he wasnt a great qb from the start.[QUOTE="LTomlinson21"]Perfect. It'll be great to see him make his run at the MVP award this season.Chutebox

All very true, which is why I would never make a comment like the one above.[QUOTE="LTomlinson21"]Perfect. It'll be great to see him make his run at the MVP award this season.xbox360isgr8t
I still can't believe they left him return to the NFL only a few months AFTER he gets out of jail. I guess that shows you how money matters the most. Tickets and his "lucky" number 7 jersey will be selling like crazy. I hope one day this will bite him on the ass. This is a real great example for the kids these days. rns1016
Well he did everything that was asked of him
The lawsuit that's ongoing probably wont be decided until after the season at the earliest so you can't punish him for that.........yet. lol

Hey to get millions of dollars back and himself out of debt, he would walk to hell and back if he could. I think he should have got a harsher punishment then he did. When I saw the videos today on ESPN of his pregame vs the Jets and I saw him praying I felt like spitting in his face. Do you think he prayed for the dogs he killed? He's only sorry because he got caught. Sorry if I come off harsh but I wish people like that would know what they did was wrong. And I believe he doesn't. This isn't towards anyone i'm just generally speaking.[QUOTE="Jaysonguy"][QUOTE="rns1016"]I still can't believe they left him return to the NFL only a few months AFTER he gets out of jail. He went to jail for having an illegal gambling ring, having an illegal gambling ring over state lines, and telling lies to the federal government (or as we like to call it, the FBI)
I do think that he should have faced a harsher punishment from the NFL because he lied to the Commish twice about his involvement and that prevented the NFL from taking actions to protect itself in this whole mess.
The court dealings now where he took other people's savings to pay off his debt is going to be months to figure out and until then the league can't punish him for anything
I mean he's a very stupid person who makes bad life choices, there's a good chance he'll mess up soon lol
all this Vick hate coming from people usually doesnt make any sense. The guy did his time, did the requirements, done and done. His last preseason game was, decent, though he was trying to hard to do much (20yard lost). Not to mention, the blocking wasnt all there either. Bottomline is, forgive and forget.
I wouldn't even call it decent lol. But, he needs time to get back to his mediocre state.all this Vick hate coming from people usually doesnt make any sense. Indeed. The man served his time. I don't see you guys whining about Donte Stallworth, who actually KILLED A MAN WITH A FAMILY, and only got 24 days!!! 24!!!. All you people whining about Vick need to put some **** in perspective... Jesus Christ. Leave Vick alone.all this Vick hate coming from people usually doesnt make any sense.
