that's the inherent risk in committing crimes with someone else. when you get caught, there are 4 possible outcomes: neither of you talk, and you're good; both of you talk, and you're ****ed; you talk and he doesn't, and you're good and he's ****ed; you don't talk and he does, and you're ****ed. everyone always tries to act all hard and say "man i would never snitch." BS. if you've ever been in a situation where you're looking at doing time (and time not in a white collar prison but a federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison), and you can do 20 years or only 1 if you talk, you would talk too.

they *probably* broke the law and are *probably* guilty. I dont really care about any street cred or playground **** in this situation. who cares. hes going to get what he deserves.

I dont. Do you really think this huge dogfighting ring would have happened without Vicks money? You cant do this in the city in an APT with neighbors all around. Vicks money is what made this possible. If anyone is the most guilty its Vick. His money, his house, his everything made is possible. The snitch is an A$% for sure no doubt but Vick getting the blame is cool with me. Without Vick this would either never have happen or at worse it would be a much smaller operation. Either way if you have to throw the book at someone there is only one person.......

i hate to break it to you, but the entire american criminal justice system is based on plea bargains. and in the case of illegal activities involving groups of people, such as gang activity, drugs, and dog fighting rings, those plea bargains are meant to give the small fish an easy out if they give the feds the bigger, more important players.
