I think what held Carter back from being one of the best in the league was his lack of effort on defense. He still is one of the most talented players in the NBA right now imo. Other than that, I agree Vince gets the nod from me.

I regret getting T mac's jersey back in the day. :(

If injuries didnt count, TMac is the more talented player by far. I can't even recall games where Vince Carter took over a game like TMac has.

If you count injuries, Vince Carter is the better player by far. Has TMac even put together a full season?
